When it first opened up for about 5 years it was five stars when covid hit in the Portuguese lady or Greek lady that sat by the cashiers when she left and went to hell. They still working in Corvette schedule one or two people there and have to go and buy appointments before you just walk in talk to somebody that took care of your business. I'm thinking of finding another bank not taking all my friends with me if this don't change.

This is the most unprofessional branch I have visited. The teller Camilla was very rude. She has no formality nor does she greet you. I was told to wait and speak to the branch manager regarding my account and the bank manager came to me after an hour of me waiting to say that she has too many appointments and can’t speak with me. She was very rude Whalen saying this, also was very dismissive when telling me so. She said her name was Raidy.

My Husband & I had the absolute worst experience at this branch. It’s like pulling teeth to get someone to call back, false follow up promises. I had a hold on my check since may. Over $2,000 floating in the air. I did everything in my power to resolve the situation. Followed the steps “required” & got empty promises of a follow up. I work everyday. The free time I get, I pop up and they can’t assist me. They keep telling me 3 business days or next week. Customer Service should be priority but sadly it’s not. The lady who was assigned to our issue would dodge us & ask the gentleman in the private office for assistance. ( He was helpful but also busy) Everyone else acts like chickens with their head cut off. I won’t be back to this location.

If there was 0 stars I would give them that.There’s always something wrong at this branch . Either never enough employees or the drive thru is closed . Never waited this long in a bank line. How do you have 2 tellers on a Monday?

Went in to open up a bank account for my mother and we were treated in a rude manner telling us we need an appointment when they weren’t even busy, onto a better and bigger bank then Chase helped us open one right away.

I’ve been a customer for about 35 years the old manager retired she was great very good to customers and polite. Now they have this new manager that Just to notarize a letter for me. He was very rude and he said that with out an appointment I had to wait about an hour Very bad customer service. I’m probably going to close all my accounts.
