I attempted to open a new bank account at one branch, but instead of assisting me, they instead pushed me to go to another branch in a completely different town. I finally get to that branch and nobody greeted me upon arrival. I waited for a significant period of time with still no attempts to welcome me or ask what brought me into the branch. Now it’s seconds before closing and then someone asks “do I need help with something?” I thought she would’ve asked “how may I assist you today sir?” Then she goes on to give me baseless excuses as to why I wasn’t helped. Saying that one person was in training, one wasn’t a teller, and the other person couldn’t help me. I’m so fed up with the lack of communication, customer service, and sense of urgency that this branch seems to always have every time I make an effort to give them my business. This is my third time opening an account with them and it’s unfortunate that they don’t want to put the customer first at this location.

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL bank I’ve ever been to in my life. I sent me wife to this branch that by the way I’ve had a business account for roughly 10 years and Flor Garcia a cashier that attended her REFUSED to deposit my checks over $18,000 JUST because my wife isn’t on the account.
Well last time I checked it’s a deposit not a withdrawal plus she had my card with my pin but she wanted to be rude and unprofessional instead. So my wife went to the ATM and deposited the checks anyway lol. I mean how ignorant and stupid was that to refuse deposit lol. Then the same day I called the bank to make a complaint but the manager supposedly never got my message cause another unprofessional bank associate that answered the phone decided upon himself to not give the message. So today I called again and finally I got the manager which not surprising to me WAS ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL LOL. She proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t there and that my wife was lying if that is so why did she go to the ATM and deposit my checks lol.
It’s unbelievable when you have small minded people that are given any sort of “POWER” they will use it to try and make peoples life’s miserable. I advise everyone that reads this review to steer clear from this branch and bank in general. Will be closing all my accounts very soon! The unprofessional bank managers name of this branch is DIANA.

Definitely I went to that bank and it took me 30 minutes and they called the tow truck to lift my car. I spoke with the Manager and she was very terrible at responding to me. In fact, she is Latina with a bad and terrible aptitude. She responded, what a shame. Never in my life will I go back and close my bank account from there. This bank gives very bad service, to collect they will chase you until they can't, but to speak with a representative it is impossible. They have no empathy with older customers.

This branch is very dissatisfying. They will refuse you service and say you must have a appointment when the bank itself say that this isn’t true. As I watch them refuse me service then take the nextPerson without a appointment. Bad customer service.

For certain withdrawals you have to go inside worse mistake walked to CHASE BANK.THEY TOOK CARE OF ME WITH NO PROBLEM PLUS IT WAS MORE CUSTOMERS THERE STILL IN & OUT WITH NO PROBLEM THANKS CHASE BANK FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM
