If I could give this place -10 stars I would. Just read from me, a customer who got audited because of the negligence and cero professionalism of that specimen named "ana". She did my 3 businesses taxes and ended up mixing up the info from the 3 companies and of course I got audited not only by the state of NJ but by the IRS as well. Additionally, she was a disaster during both audits because she barely speaks or writes english and many times I had to translate to the auditors and she also took vacation TWICE during the 6 months audits which made the State and IRS angry. Now I'm stuck with $90,000 dollars in penalties and chargebacks and I'm currently in the process of suing her and reporting her to every government agency so that she won't do this in the future to no one else. Believe me, STAY AWAY from this low quality place but if you want poor customer service, miscommunication, bad attitude and mistakes in your taxes, this is definitely the place for you. Here's a red flag to everyone: One day while I was at her office I heard her talking to someone about her almost going to bankruptcy and about to lose her house, how come a tax preparer doesn't even know how to manage her own finances? Unbelievable!!!

Horrible! Never have I delt with so many letters from the IRS because of errors in the preparation and disorganization by the accountant Ana Burgos! The accountant screwed up my income taxes and the income tax payment and it took 7 phone calls and significant insistence for the accountant Ana to look at the account. Now I am dealing with IRS penalty fees and interest and conveniently the accountant says it is not her problem anymore. What do I need an accountant for if she is not going to provide attentive service, accurate preparation of income taxes and have a responsible attitude. This is the second year I have issues. Not going to use again. PLEASE BE WARE!!

Very rude and unprofessional!! I spoke to Ana Burgos and asked that she review an account because I thought there could have been an error and she was very rude, didn’t want to listen to me and said everything was correct without looking at the account and hung up the phone. In the end there was a mistake!!ADVICE: When a customer asks for you to check their account because they are concerned that there was an error, you should check it because the customer paid you for a service. Please learn to be professional, listen to your customer and especially do your job by following through. In the end there was an error on the account and it took more than 5 phone calls and a lot of insistence for the accountant Ana Burgos to look into the account. It is really appalling how Ana Burgos conducted herself on the phone and she never even apologized for it.CONVINIENTE: It is so conivente for you to provide the below response and not remember what I am talking about and for you to say to your customer that it is not your problem.
