I will begin by saying that my move was slightly complex. Two different houses were moved into long-term storage in NJ. All the details about the moves were discussed upfront and agreed to. The moves went smoothly.
However, fast forward a few years when it was time to move into a new home and remove my items from storage, the company held my items hostage in storage, demanding that I pay an addition $6k+ to have the items delivered. Despite having documents and correspondence showing that they were suppose to move the items to a new home under the previous contract at no additional charge. They claimed that because it was a few years later they couldn't honor the agreement.
My partner and I were working with a tight window for having things delivered and the company knew this and used that as a way to extort additional funds from us.
Despite multiple conversations with the team to try and find common ground and make it a win-win situation for both sides, they continued to pressure and hound us during the days leading up to the move date to transfer the $6k+ via wire transfer or loose our delivery window. So because we couldn't miss the delivery window we paid the additional moving fee.
The delivery happened as scheduled, but so many high-value things were damaged from the move. Now the company is refusing the send the insurance documents so that we can submit an insurance claim on the policy that we already paid for.
In short, I'd use a different company to move.

Really wonderful service. Honest and fast quote, didn’t charge any extra, and everything was well-packed. Renee and Jon-Paul are especially helpful. They always reply to messages quickly and professionally, and helped me a lot with my relocation to UK. Definitely 5/5.

First quote was $4,500 for 350 cubits, but was charged $3,000 more because supposedly I had too much stuff. Complete nonsense.
Completely under-packed my boxes; a few pots in a huge box filled with stuffing paper (refer to pics).
Demanded a quarter of the total in cash which I did not have. Left angry without leaving the contract, inventory, or even a receipt of having received the amount in cash.
Asked to take a picture of my stuff stored in the truck, but he refused.
Would not give me his name when asked.
Also, workers did not understand English so they ended up packing everything (including my shoes) even though I specifically said not to pack certain items.
Horrible experience!
Got swindled.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE!
They did not completely pack those items that they were supposed to pack (they were left behind in the move out of my former house), and they lost items that were supposed to be delivered to my new house. And, worse, they are not paying the insurance claim for those lost items. I was left on the hook for those items lost (valued at over $2,500) with no recourse.
Further, the delivery date was well late of my move-in date to my new house, meaning that I was without furniture, etc. for two weeks.
This company is a nightmare, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I had the most INCREDIBLE experience using Reliable Van & Storage for my recent move. I also used them a little over two years ago and both times the team was unbelievable. They are extremely thorough, professional and careful with all my belongings. Stephen helped coordinate the entire move and he checked in multiple times before, during and after the move to ensure I was satisfied.
My movers were Shane, Jesus and Andres who made this the easiest experience. I had them help pack up my kitchen which Shane took extra care to make sure everything was properly padded and protected. Jesus and Andres were also wonderful and super helpful.
This crew made my entire experience seamless and I'm forever grateful for their help!

I recently moved from Maryland to Georgia with the help of my driver, Brent Bobb (Allied). I cannot say enough nice things about Brent. He made the move smooth and stress-free for me. This was my first move out of state so I appreciated how responsive he was throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is moving!

Todd did a great job guiding us through the steps of our move and came in with a very competitive price. Norma served as a great point of contact as our coordinator through the whole process.
