I felt so welcome by the manager with the blue hair, she help me and my family pick out some good shoes with good prices, her energy and passion is unmatched, she took care of me and my family making it enjoyable, she made sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase, would definitely recommend this store if you looking for and unmatched experience.

Puma Jersey Gardens- The best experience, highly recommend for buying and trying on Puma sneakers.
Thank you Engels whom made my shopping experience absolutely perfect!
I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of Puma sneakers based off Engels expertise. Really enjoyed this store. More of a selection than the Manhattan flagship store (waste of time).
If you want a true in store shopping experience, do your self a favor and visit Puma Jersey Gardens. Be sure to ask for Engel's he is truly the best.

Bad attention from the employees, especially from a man who seemed to be in charge at that time, I went to make a claim because they sold me two left shoes, and until now I have not been able to resolve the problem.
You should keep in mind that there are many Hispanic people shopping and the language is a bit difficult when it comes to communication.
The man in charge only laughed or ignored the problem I had with the pair of shoes

The store is spectacular but the attention to us customers is hurt by a purple-haired employee who is too arrogant, rude and made our experience in this store something unpleasant. People like this should not serve so many people who come to this place to make our purchases.

updated on 3/24/24. Thanks for the response! PUMA customer service solved this issue for me.2/17/24, The shoes started hurting my daughter's feet after one day in school. The manager was arrogant and didn't accept return because there was dirt on the bottom of shoes. Buy shoes at your own risk at this store. They don't accept returns as other shoe stores usually do.
