This is the worst place to shop. There are numerous self cash out kiosk BUT only ONE person at the register for cash paying customers and those doing returns. Stood on line for 45 minutes on a Thursday afternoon just to do a return. Manager here is arrogant and in my opinion useless . Who is today's world would tell customers that u have to wait on line to do returns..that's just the way it is????? Best to go to Primark in Staten Island

Excellent material of the garments. Everything is very good except for the cash machines, they are only available. It takes me longer to wait in line than it takes me to choose my products.

This store has everything organized but the workers are not friendly at all. Of all the Primark stores I've been to this location has the worst customer service the workers look miserable and they act like they’re miserable.

I really enjoyed my time at this store.caring employees Manager very focused on his work and remains friendly.Very organized store, prices for everything I took advantage of the offers I bought beautiful ballerinas for 4 dollars or 7 dollars excellent super quality!!

Not always well organized. I was looking for a v neck shirt and asked an employee folding the shirts on the shelf I was looking at and he was of zero help! However, they do have some good quality items at decent prices.

They have people working there who don’t speak English apparently. I left my phone in the changing room when I went to ask the lady who was the attendant there she completely ignored me or didn’t understand me so i had to go back and get it myself.

I had an unfortunate encounter with the store manager named Kelly, who, in my personal opinion, did not meet the standards of an effective store manager. During my visit, I noticed that they had a torn dollar bill, so I kindly requested them to exchange it for a new one. However, I was taken aback by their unprofessional behavior as they responded in a rather unpleasant manner. In fact, they even went so far as to suggest that it would be preferable if I didn't return to the store.
