Financed a 2014 Honda accord from them 2 years ago and recently found out that my car had been in 5 accidents before I received it .. which I wasn’t told causing the value of my car to be way less than what I even bought it for . The car was listed for 13,000 and shot up to 19,000 even though I traded in my kia and put a 1000 down payment with a 16% apr . The car was way too overpriced and I think they got me just because they knew I was really young with no experience with vehicles

I bought a car form here two years ago. Me and husband came in and tested drove it, salesperson was being very nice and helpful which is why we ended buying the car. I should have known something was up because they keep trying to get me to put a down payment when my credit is great, I don't need to put a down payment. So I caved and said I would put a down payment of 2500, they tries to get me to put 5,000. I told them know that's too much, the car they were selling was only 9,000 and we still needed to pay for insurance. The initial paperwork we signed said it was 9000 but after processing our auto loan in which they ran our credit four times when we were already pre approved for one, there was an extra 4100 added to the price making my loan 13,000. Which didn't make any sense, and the insurance we got from their recommend insurers were hella expensive. I called to ask about it and they basically chalk it up to sales fees. They said the car passed inspection and was good it just may be a bit squeaky from not being driven. That was a huge lie!!! The car had a huge lost of problems, it broke down on the turnpike, needed new brakes, needed new belts, new tires, the tire pressure light is forever on, the ac is broken, I have kids and need the ac for hot summers like this. And because their mechanics did make shift repairs to make it look good I ended up spending over 7000 in repairs for a car I was suppose to get for 9000 but got up sold. The warranty I purchased didn't cover anything and the only reason I originally put five stars was because the customer service was good and the sales person kept asking me to give them a five star review immediately after just purchasing the car at the lot. I will take this as a lesson learned because it was my first time buying a car, but I will never buy a car from there again and I don't recommend anyone going to here either so they won't get scammed.

I have very bad experience with theme ! I and my waif was shipping for car and we did make stop by theme and they make us believe that’s we get deal and they request dawn payment and we agree the number and the cost of the car we spoke about it Chang lady scanned and they make check Crdit for my waif and me without any notice or promotion from us that’s cost us a lot of money to fix and replied the crdit score!! Even the prices we agreed on it they chang it with full payment cash ! So watch out guys from this place look clean and professional but truly thru biggest scammer… the sals man we make deal with hid some how when they change the numbers! A lot of snacks movements in this location….

Professional and honest. My sales person Albert made the process a relaxing experience explained everything with calmest. Cesar the GSM when above and beyond to work with me and make it all possible. They wanted me to pay 3k in dealership prep fees after watching how the lot person was burning rubber in and out of the vehicle I was there to purchase like it was stolen. They couldn’t even explain the fees. No thanks
