The store is big but it’s dirty,management horrible especially the manager(César) they don’t know how to treat their employees…this is the last time Im going to this store ya have to learn how to treat the customers and employees…I don’t understand how yall hire supervisors,managers when they don’t even know how to treat people…they need some manners classes..worse store ever….

If possible, I wouldn't even give a star, the worst shopping experience. The employees here exhibit racial discrimination and have a very poor attitude towards customers! I don't understand why I should be treated like this.

I have visited Ralph Lauren many times, but this is the worst experience I have had! The employees here are very rude and racially discriminatory! Some employees are very good, but a male employee named "Cesar" is VERY RUDE and RACIALISM! I feel a very bad shopping experience! This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had! The series of events that happened in the store have greatly reduced my liking for the Ralph Lauren brand! I used to love this brand very much, but the attitude of the employees here caused me to have resistance to it. I will tell all my friends not to come back to this store in the future!!???

Worse experience. The gentleman in the fitting room didn't even raise his eyes when I asked a question and was not helpful at all. Lady in the cash wrap didn't even say hi, and when I did, eventually, she didn't respond. Everyone has a face like they are working for free and annoyed by my presence. Honestly, in the store where the sweater costs 100+ dollars, I expect different kinds of customer service.

Don't waste your time.. No deals at all. Everything is listed at retail price, some items are even listed above retail (they remove or cover the retail price and replace with a marked up price). I compared prices against the official Polo Website. If you're lucky, you can find 25% or 30% discount on T-shirts and some plain, solid colored items. Save yourself a trip, you can find better deals online, via the official Polo website and definitely at the Macy's Polo store (34th Street) or Macy's website. This is coming from a true collector.Not sure what appened, I use to find good deals... must be under new management.
