Avi is AMAZING, he follows up with me for any changes in medications, he’s aware of when my mom has Drs appointments and if there is any change in medications he makes sure she has it in a timely manner. Great communicator, fantastic customer service. I’m so grateful for Avi and the staff at Elizabeth Pharmacy. Highly recommended.”

“On Saturday, October 14, 2023 I called the pharmacy and asked to speak to a manager regarding my blood pressure medication. I was out of refills and my doctor did not respond in four days. The fourth day I was getting migraines on top of not having my pressure medicine. I had the pleasure of speaking with Whitney. Hope I’m spelling it correctly. But anyways, I explained to her everything that was going on, and she took the time to pull up my information informing me that I had refills from March/ May that she can fill for me so I wouldn’t get worse waiting for the doctor’s approval. She’s helped me before with the same situation, and I just wanted to let Stop and Shop at 801 Newark Ave in Elizabeth Nj know that they really have a caring person working for them there. She could’ve just said they’re still waiting for the approval, but she went that extra mile to make sure I was able to get my meds, and had it ready 30 minutes later before she took lunch. Thank u so much Whitney! ?”

“24-7 Walgreens with a break periodically every 12h for the pharmacy, so keep an eye out on the hour you stop by. Parking lot has a police camera and light. Inside the store is a bit disorganized and shows its age but can't help but appreciate the efficiency of the pharmacy, available exactly at the time they said they'd have it available when I called. Didn't have to wait more than a minute for the counter and picking up the medicine.”

I asked the manager for help since some products are locked in cases and tells me to ask other workers when i ask the other workers they say they’ll be there in a bit but take min 20 minutes. “I can not begin to show the gratitude I have for HIGH TOUCH PHARMACY!!!!! The customer service of all the staff is incredible and personal. They treat you with so much kindness and respect, never rushing you and ALWAYS going above and beyond to service the customers. I had a problem with a copay and they assisted with applying a coupon to help me with some savings!!!!
