I always buy on penguin but today I dont know what was the issue with the employees, I was standing on the register ready to pay first nobody was there then a lady comes and she just look at me and walk away like dont give a damn, Im not there to look at you Im there to buy stuff but awful service from 2 ladies

Joke company. cannot even ship an order properly. 6 days later and they still cannot tell me if the order shipped.

Just bought few items. I am disappointed. They shipped them in FedEx bag no protection just the item stuffed directly into the envelop and it took 3 weeks to get to the destination.
When you wash them they wrinkle, and even if you try to iron them it’s not great.
I will never buy from them again prices are not low not unless it’s on sale but even the sale price is not worth for what you are getting.

Ordered 3 items that were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Only one was shipped and they don’t know when the other 2 will ship. Terrible experience, and they don’t even have a customer service phone number. Won’t be buying anything from them again.

Ordered Three polos off their website.. took over a week for the order to show up to FedEx. And now it has been another Two weeks... and my order still isn't here, no expected delivery date. From North Carolina to Pennsylvania damn near a month for a small order to arrive. Will not be getting my business in the future.
