Optimum has to be the most unreliable internet ever created on the planet. How can one pay 100+ for 1 gigabit internet and the internet is still slow and incredibly inconsistent. My internet has been extremely slow for 3 weeks now, and then one day it will magically come back just for it to go back being extremely slow the next day. Do not waste your time.

Alianne give the most amazing customer service a rep can give.. because she to the time to look into my account and explained to me that i could have a better understanding of what was going on with my account..she never once made me feel i asked to many questions or show any signs she was impatient with me..SHE IS EVERYTHING CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD LOOK LIKE IN LEADERSHIP!! I DEMAND SHE HAS A RAISE FOR THE OVER THE TOP AND EXCEPTION SERVICE THAT OFFICE AS A WHOLE GIVES!!!

It wasn't that bad. But when I go to a place I hope that they serve me and I don't have to wait for attention because they want to stop talking to their work colleagues to serve me. That's what they do when they don't have clients. I was left with the question in my mouth three times. It seems immature to me and it reminded me of serving my country, that's how things deteriorate little by little and with carelessness. If you are like that, don't work in customer service. And if your departure time is approaching and you are bored with work, ask them to give you fewer hours or I don't know. You solve it. I go there for a service and you get paid to provide it.

I have already given my opinion on this. I have suspended Internet service with this company because they did not provide me with correct service. I complained. I asked for help and they ignored me. I felt deceived, manipulated and psychologically abused. I do not recommend this service. They are not professionals.

Terrible service, loud background noises of people hanging out in the background. Long wait times just to ask a question. Services to add a person to the bill and get it printed is impossible. I had to go to the store for certain things. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not invest in customer service at all. The reps you get are rude and unprofessional. If I could I would change provider in a heart beat. This is probably the worst service I have ever encounter with any large company. The people at the store are rude and unhelpful. The call center is also unprofessional and not willing to help. I wasted hours on hoild just to be able to get my mom to print a bill. When you schedule a call back they never call back. This company is a joke.

Absolute trash customer service, there service sucks, constant dropping, then when i try to cancel as of today they want to charge me all the way to Dec. 15th even though i turned in my device. They make u jump through hoops, and the photo is of my device turned in today at optimum in elizabeth 11/21/2023

I have been overpaying over a year ACP program no idea.all they do there is Collect the money and that's what they know how to do. The help is very poor I am very dissatisfied.
