I started working from home after Covid and I missed my office chair. So I found out the brand that it was and I found one here. It came with a broken wheel but they immediately sent me a new one. I’ve had no issues since and it’s over a year old. My cats scratched it up a bit but that’s fine the chair is exactly what I needed. I feel bad that other people had bad experiences.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY A CHAIR FROM OFFICE CHAIR AT WORK.My saga with OCAW began last Christmas, where I purchased a Herman Miller chair at a steep discount with free shipping "within 5-14 business days." A month later the chair hadn't been shipped, at which point I reached out through their customer service portal to see when the product would be shipped. They responded with a Dropbox screen shot indicating that Herman Miller was experiencing delays at the factory (never mind that the chair they sold me, as they reminded me later on, was "restored") and with a FedEx tracking number that I could refer to for when the item would become available (remember: FedEx! Keep that in mind!). Months later after multiple angry emails about delays, OCAW finally shipped me a chair via UPS (not FedEx! The original FedEx tracking number is still, almost a year later, listed as "Label Created" having never been shipped). Needless to say, the chair was simply unusable: not only had it incurred significant wear and tear ("we only promised that it would be shipped in restored condition, not in new condition"), but one of the wheels of the chair had broken beyond repair (seriously, I attempted to repair it with super glue, no dice). When I told them that I wanted a refund and that I would be disputing the purchase with my credit card company, they told me they would issue a refund only after they received the chair (while also threatening to "file criminal charges of possession of stolen property with your local police department and they will raid your place and you will face up to 10 years in prison" -- talk about customer service!). I sent the chair back and waited multiple weeks until the purchase was eligible to be disputed with my credit card company (OCAW never issued the refund they had promised). I only got my money back when the credit card company honored the dispute.To sum up:* chair was delivered late* customer service lied to me about delivery date and method* chair was delivered in unusable condition* customer service threatened me* company never issued a refund even after I returned the merchandiseI hope you never ever ever I mean never do business with these scam artists, and I hope that if any of what I've described is criminally or civilly actionable that the people responsible for that behavior are brought to justice by the courts.

This place is a scam. I ordered a chair on 12/14/22. Several deadlines for delivery were not met. I canceled my order on 2/9/23. Was told I would have my money back in 7 to 14 business days. Still waiting for my money…

My chair was broken 1 year after I bought it from them, and we started a warranty claim more than 2 months ago but I haven't heard back from them since then.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!Chair arrived broken and when I returned it they just kept my money. Total scam. Worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with.

If you are doing what I should have done and are looking for reviews before buying DON'T. I cancled my order before it even shipped and they won't give me my money back. I send emails and they straight up ignore them. Also those sales are fake, don't fall for it, it'll just reset when the timer ends. I wanted to also mention that it may help to call your bank if you treid getting a refund, and haven't got your money back yet.

Very Bad experience! The Backrest of 700.00 chair does not hold it's position and I am straining my back constantly. Nobody responding to my calls and emails. If you need quality product look somewhere else!

Purchased a $500 Haworth chair in April and had an armrest ridiculously crack. Contacted the company and they asked for the invoice which I provided. Now I cannot get them to respond. Their phone number does not go to a person, just a recording. Do I have to unfairly have to purchase replacement parts from Haworth that SHOULD be under warranty?

These guys were great. Ran into issues with UPS not delivering to my address, and customer service was willing to work with me until the chair was finally delivered.

Ripped me off by sending a chair with a bad pneumatic cylinder and after much efforts on my part...still NO REFUND after sending the chair back!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst company. Chair shipped damaged. Total runaround trying to get it resolved. Basically being told "deal with it". You cannot talk to an actual person and especially not a manager. Just emails telling you to take care of the problem yourself. $500 for a broken chair.

Whoever runs this scam should be publicly executed. This is not a business, please do not purchase from them. They will sell you a refurbished item that will break in 2-3 months, they will then tell you it’s not their job to fix the chair. Even though their website says 12 year warranty.

Waited for over 30 days to receive my chair. It’s broken with peeling paint and can not be installed. Not sure how to return it and get my money back.
