Came here to buy some candies peanuts with my friend. My total came up to about $9 and change I gave the person behind the counter $20. He gave me back ONLY the remaining cents, that I quickly dropped in his tip cup before leaving the busy store. When I stepped out I realized he didn’t give me the rest of my change which was $10. I go back inside to confront him, and he sheepishly looks at his computer and reaches in his pocket to give me the $10 he stashed behind his phone! DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE and gave me my money back. I can’t believe he tried to be so sneaky and take advantage like this. I’m so glad I realized and went back to him. Never coming back again. This happened today at around 4ish- 5:00 pm. Very upsetting situation I almost made a scene but decided to just walk away with my money! Sad it was only $10

Horrible customer service. Mall dying for sales and the person working here 3/10/2023 hurring us up because “ i close in 7 minutes” had wonderful staff before, why you changed to “this”

BEWARE what you see is not what you are getting. I would give zero stars if I could. I wanted a variety of chocolate covered nuts. What I got was flavorless and thickly coated crispy powder - definitely not nuts. The nuts that were found were so tiny they may as well have been nut crumbs. This was so disappointing and a complete waste of money. The signs don't match what's in the bins. This appears to be an unscrupulous tactic to get money in exchange for fake product.

The lady who is the manager in that nuts Factory store is so disrespectful and don't have any customer service skills at all, I wonder. we would never step our feet in there. so ill mannered to customers. she look like' she from one of them islands.

OMG where do I begin, from nuts to chocolate, to liquorice, to jelly beans to Turkish Delights, to exotic spices - this store has it all, I was in 7th Heaven and Yes I came away with lots of gooddies, my favorites include the Turkish Delights esp the little logs covered with crushed pistachio pieces - Mmmmmmm Yummy Yummy Tummy

My friend and I have been to this store twice, and each time it was a pleasure. The employees are just first class. Jenisa, Alvyda and Intiz, are all wonderful!They treated us first class. We walked around, and we were allowed to sample some products. All the nuts that we purchased were on their recommendations. The nuts were so tasty. Ill be back soon, not only for the great products, but for the excellent quality of customer service ?.

This place has mice and flies, I'm a former employee, they fired me over the phone and with no reason. I've notified the department of health and the department of labor.
