I have come to this place twice to pick up something that I already paid for and unfortunately it arrived at 4.58 pm the first time and the second time at 4.59 pm and they don't serve me because of my work. I couldn't come sooner when the page says that they close at 5.30 pm. bad service for god

Have recently been coming here more often instead of Autozone. The two gentlemen at the counter are knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. They know a lot about older Hondas especially, and will generally be able to get what I need for my old 90s rust bucket with little to no problem.
Prices are reasonable and they can usually get what I need within a day or two if they don't have it in stock but can source it from elsewhere. I have no problem recommending this auto parts store to anyone who may be looking for some niche parts.

MARIO and PEPE are the very BEST !! They are always willing to help in any way, such as carrying parts to your car, ect.

Terrible customer service with representatives who have no problem cursing their customers and calling them "dirty Jew"... I do not recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself and find a different business. After all the aggravation, they didn't even fix the issue!
