Everything is good, except for the music they have in the background. When I went there was a girl listening to Bad Bunny and the songs were all bad words and rudeness and I was there with my 12 year old daughter on top of us and we spent 30 minutes and the only thing we heard was that guy.

Today, Tuesday, April 30 at 5:20 pm, terrible service. The girl treated a lady badly. He doesn't know about customer service. A bad attitude. They should change that kind of people.

Excellent experience. The girl who helped me was very cordial and proactive, she guided me to make the best decision to buy my device and she was clear with the information, nor was she anxious about wanting to finish her work towards me. He organized me and explained the payment methods and days to me. I think the Girl is from Colombia. I recommend this point of sale, they are very friendly and attentive to what you are looking for and need, and it is also located in a good area.

Terrible customer service. My mother has been a victim of discrimination by a worker named Victoria (we are not sure that this is her real name) originally from Cali, Colombia. She has spoken disparagingly to her, asking her where she is from, and upon knowing that she is from Bogota, she has changed her attitude. immediately upon knowing it. Maybe you don't know it, but she has a depressive condition and people like you with zero empathy and diplomacy cause great discomfort in her mental health. If you are not able to serve the public, change your job!!!

What a terrible service, a year ago I went to buy two phones and the girl who helped me with the service was excellent and today I needed a cell phone, I arrived and it was open and when I entered I saw that there was no one so I decided to wait and when the boy came in very arrogant that I have to wait outside in this cold I let him check the cameras very arrogant I will never go again there is less if the boy who had a terrible attitude today is there I think his parents did not teach him a good education

I give it five stars because the service is the best of all the stores and I have been to many stores and they have very bad service, especially the one in Seabras, but in this one there is a Uruguayan boy who is a sweetheart, any problem you have will always bother you. Help please don't force him to change stores and I always hear good comments from him

The worst experience ever! We got a new additional number with a free phone promotion, we asked Victoria if we can put the new number in an unlocked phone and save the new free phone for later, she didn't say it's a one day deal which it was but instead she said we can come back and pick it up whenever. When we got back she denied talking to us and she was smirking and pretending that she doesn't speak English. The manager and his wife the same way, did not care and said it was a mistake that they can't fix.We're switching our four lines to a new company where we'll be treated with dignity and respect.
