Today I went to this store at 7:20 in the afternoon to hire a third line and Gisela did not want to assist me, she told me that it was closed when the sign with the store's hours and the website said that it closed at 8:00 p.m. This is the second time this lady has served us and she shows very little willingness to help clients. It's a shame that Metro Mobile hires these types of people who don't provide excellent customer service.

Amazing customer service from Stephanie; She’s super patient, sweet and helpful. Helped my aunt replacing her old phone and setting up her information on another phone she got from Apple. Thank you Stephanie for being so nice and professional!

One Word: LADRONES! basically forced to buy two new phones because there was a buy 1 get one free. They added a fourth line without my consent and a protection plan. By the time my bill came, $260!!! For only using two lines, it was too late to return the phones. Scam!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE ! you have been WARNED. If you going to buy a new phone & switch services they will set up your account as a business account ( the business name will be your first and last name ) to make their DM look good which will result in monthsss of trying to get them to fix it. Very shady business practices are going on here and this place needs to be shut down.
