SCAM ALERT: Headphone Upsale (15$+) Hello all! Two stars because at this location on Morris Avenue, the sales rep are forced by the store manager of this facility to UPSALE their chinese headphones by SNEAKING it into YOUR bag! Once you step through that door and you mention you're interested in buying a phone, or a promotion, the sales rep give you an estimate of what the final cost would be PLUS the headphones they sneak into your bag. This is just through their conversation. DO NOT believe the headphones were free through some promotion, as when you do the math on your receipt, you can most definitely see it is a POSITIVE EXPENSE to YOU, the consumer. This store in particular has been doing this for FOUR years as I noticed the charge on my grandmother's and brother's receipt who sucks at math. I went in myself to see how this scam operates, and took notice that the reps are accustomed to doing this. I've already contacted ASR (Corporate Supervisor) regarding this scam. Oh! And on the receipt it says "Accessory sales are final". So goodluck trying to argue with the sales reps at this store. They're just kids! Besides, the real issue here is the STORE OWNER of that AUTHORIZED DEALER STORE. Not MetroPCS.
