“I had to get some blood work done which can be difficult at times since my veins are small and have a tendency to roll making it difficult to draw blood. Anyway the technician who did my bloodwork was very good. I explained the issue with my having blood drawn she listened and after two attempts she was able to draw the blood just fine. The wait wasn't long and the all the staff was nice and pleasant.”

“Have been using Quest Diagnostic on Hylan Blvd. for many years. Had a number of blood tests scheduled. Actually took me a little early. The phlebotomist was amazing. I had some issues with the paperwork…my fault. She was so pleasant and patiently helped me sort out my issues. It’s wonderful to see that patient care still exists with people like Crystal.”

“Usually I'm a big baby when it comes to getting lab/blood work done, but this is the first location that I visited that I didn't feel like I was waiting in the chair for 10 minutes with a rubber band around my arm while they went through paperwork (like other labs have in the past). The moment I sat down in the chair, within one minute the whole thing was already done. Unfortunately I didn't get the womans name who did my lab work for me, but she was so gentle and saw I was getting nervous and walked me through it. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for not making fun of my crying too haha”
“I always have a wonderful experience at this Labcorp, all thanks to Trinnay. She is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I consistently have issues getting my blood drawn and usually have to get poked multiple times. Trinnay did it once with no pain at all! I choose to go to this LapCorp despite it being further from my home because of this service!!!”

“Jasemine greeted me with a pleasant smile. She reviewed my coverage and medical scripts. Jasemine advised me of tests that may not be covered under my insurance and I agreed to pay. Jasemine was very professional and courteous. After drawing sample I asked for a urine sample container. She went out of her way to get the container and place it in a bag. My visit was very fast. “Arrived a little early for some bloodwork,there was only one other person in waiting room. It was extremely easy to check in,I was called immediately. Mary Ann explained what she would be doing. We had some conversation about why it is good to drink water before the tests. She was very pleasant and took time to explain about how blood flows, small bits of information that made the test visit quite pleasant.
The offices were very clean and uncluttered.”
“My Fiance is a very hard stick. Everywhere we go almost ALL professionals have an extremely hard time finding a vein for bloodwork or IV. Not only does he get stuck over and over again, he is constantly uncomfortable and sometimes in agonizing pain. However, at this Lab Corp location, this was our second visit where we got the same gentleman staff member (I wish I got his name) who stuck him and successfully got him immediately for very important bloodwork. I couldn’t believe my eyes and neither could my fiance. This location in Orange, Nj is definitely our go to spot. It is such a comfort to know we can get the care and service needed. We 100 percent recommended!”
“I'm not sure how this hospital only has 3 stars. I've been in and out of numerous hospitals over my 40 yeas, and Clara Maass is by far the best. I had to have a same day surgery preformed there yesterday. From the time I stepped into this hospital to the time I left, I was treated with such compassion, kindness, respect and love. The entire staff here remembers how important the bedside manner is, in that most of us are afraid when we need to be in the hospital. We even shared some good laughs, and we all know that's great for the soul and healing. God Bless all of you there at Clara Maass, thank you for all you do. Love me!!!! :)”
“The Quest Diagnostics on 78 Todt Hill Rd in Staten Island, NY is my favorite lab to get blood tests. It is clean and well maintained. The check-in process is very easy. I made an appointment on line and put in all my health insurance information in advance. When I arrived, I had received a text that I was advised to click on to "check-in". As soon as I did that, the lab technician came to get me. I didn't even have to wait a single minute to be taken. I also want to give a special thanks to the lab technician herself. I've been told that I don't have very 'good veins' for drawing blood and this was a fasting test, which can make drawing blood even more challenging. I shared this with her. In spite of all of this, she got the needle in on her first attempt and didn't cause me any discomfort. I sometimes get black and blue at the site of the blood draw, but she was so good that today, I can barely see the spot where the needle went in. One of the best lab technicians I've had!
This Quest Diagnostic location knows how to hire and train the right people and maintains a very appealing location to visit.”
