Please beware if considering buying a car from this place! I came here in February to purchase a used car for my son’s 21st birthday. A 2009 Honda Accord with very low miles. The car seemed to be fine and the rep Paul assured me that the car was safe and in good condition. Less than two weeks of having the car the engine completely blew and they refused to take the car back. When I originally called Paul to explain to him what was going on, I was told from him that
“no, that can’t be the problem” then followed by “well cars are maintenance”. After some back and forth they agreed to paying for only half the cost to fix the engine only for it to blow yet again, second time the cost was completely on me! The problems with this vehicle are on going and seem to be never ending.This car has been in the shop more than it’s been driven. Purchasing here was truly one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone!

Fantastic experience. Bishoy was Professional and honest. I bought an Escalade unseen was delivered to my house (fee). All paperwork was done before car was dropped and signed for. Excellent customer service and ease of sale was perfect. Car was delivered as expected in great shape and cleaned. Highly recommend them!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Purchased a 2014 Dakota from them. Took them a week to replace a piece that they could have purchased on Amazon for $34. They sat on my license plates and never called me. Drove the car for 3 weeks and there was a problem with an air pressure sensor. Was pulled over by a cop because my headlights were out. He cut me a break because I was a retired officer. I took the car back and they refused to take care of the problems. Turns out one of the lights was missing completely. By completely I mean wiring and all. Customer service is definitely NOT in their vocabulary.

Bought a 2015 jeep grand cherokee from Israel... experience was great there I showed up almost at closing and they stayed after hrs to help get me in a car.. they went out of there way to show me a lot of cars and scenarios so that I could choose what worked best for me with what car how much down and monthly payments.. yea its there job to sell cars but they didnt make me feel like just another sale.. definitely recommend these guys...

I’ve never had an experience so easy and satisfying. I picked the car I wanted online and it took less than an hour to leave with it once I picked it up. Dealers are very courteous and helpful.

I worked with Israel to make a car purchase from out of state.First he lied saying he has worked with Navy Federal all the time.Then he agreed to a price.( 21k asking, 19250 contract written price) yes I signed all the contract paperwork.FYI or for those who have worked with NFCUNavy Federal when you have good credit, issue the check at a not to exceed amount no matter what your auto loan request amount is .Upon Israel or Bishoy receiving the check, saw the amount was at the asking price got mad took the check then said they didnt receive the check.then sold the car to someone elseBeware of this dealership if you are from out of state Dirty Business

I recently bought my BMW 135i from here and had an excellent experience. I arrived at the dealer not long before they closed but Bishoy was still happy to help me. He provided expert knowledge on the car was more than helpful throughout the buying process. I would recommend M Auto Group to anyone looking to buy a used car and would definitely buy from them again myself.
