My family always used to go to Lucy’s for all of us to get our hair cuts. But lately their service have gotten really bad..I’ve literally called them 4 times today and not one of them picked up the phone . i even called them twice last week and no one ever answers their phone.. but yet if I go there in person they would not take me if I do not have an appointment. But yet no one ever picks up the phone like come on now that’s how you ruin your business.

The owner was the only one doing her. And I think her mom was the hair washer and stuff. Let me just say business is GREAT! She was fast and did 10 people hair and had them out there the door looking AMAZING! She did not turn us a way or anything she handled her business very well and I love that! Lucy does her thing and recommend her salon. She did my hair, my sisters hair and my daughter. She doesn’t keep stopping for breaks she handle her business first. She is A POWER WOMEN ! I will come to her often ❤️❤️❤️. She work on ALL hair types and not once did she make a unpleasant face towards someone’s hair. She could do it all. God Bless and I see great things coming out this business.

Had a great experience. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. (was a Wednesday, so I wouldn't expect the same late in the week) Lucy is very skilled with her scissors! I have long hair and looking to get layers. I explained the details of what I wanted and she delivered effortlessly. I can't tell you how many times I've explained my details to hairstylists and just end up with something similar, at best. Very happy with my hair and her service. Reasonably priced. Calm environment. Plenty of on street parking, that day at least. I will be returning and recommending.

I have been a customer for several years, unfortunately on two occasions I had bad moments! I have always requested the manicure and pedicure service with an excellent employee, ( Johana) , but Lucy the owner suggested a new employee for this service and it was a very bad job that she did for me! My mother has also been a client for the last four years and Lucy also sent her to the new girl, she did a terrible manicure. I do not understand why they suggest new people and I regret not having chosen the same person who has been serving us in a good and professional way for a long time.
