Visited this site today around 5pm with my 9yo son with intentions to only buy socks. Upon entry sales ppl were kind, attentive and helpful. There was a small disturbance, however the employees handled the situation with professionalism. I had several try on’s with different sneakers, and they remained patient and attentive. Needless to say, I walked out with sneakers and socks! Kudos to the staff…my experience with staff was top tier professionalism, and I’m an online consumer.

If I could give zero stars for costumer service I would! not to mention how the lady was on her phone laughing while she knew I was waiting for her help! and the ugly attitude the other guy at the register had because it was 5 minutes to close! it seems like they hate working there … YOU GUYS NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE WITH BETTER MANNERS ! and not being disrespectful to costumers that are just asking for their help! I MEAN THEY ARE GETTING MAD FOR SOMETHING THEY ARE GETTING PAID TO DO ! give them some clases on how to properly communicate with costumers !

If I could give negative stats I would. Talk about the most racist (anti white) shoes store. I sat in there waiting and waiting for someone to check on a shoe size for me and they kept taking ever y black person and getting their shoes and taking folks in front of me. After standing at the desk for over a half hour waiting the girl put my sneaker back on the shelf and forgot about me. Ignorant racist store. Do NOT shop at this scummy store. Well, unless youre black

Very disappointed with this store. We walked in and we were looking around to buy two pair of shoes. One girl by the register I asked her if she can help me with a size and she said “I’m busy doing something”, while she was on the phone. And my fiancé goes and asks a guy for a guys shoe size and the employee tells him “I know we don’t have the size, so I won’t go to the back”. So i proceed to ask another guy if he can please helps us. And he was like “I’m busy ask someone by the register” . We were so annoyed that we just walked out the store. This happened in Jersey Gardens yesterday around 6pm.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Good customer service is something you will not find here . I asked to speak to a manager after I was told I could not return a pair of sneakers that I had bought for my father a week ago . The shoes were not worn at all ( only when he tried them on and they didn’t fit , and of course anyone else you tried them on prior to purchasing ) . I had my receipt, the packaging was in perfect condition it was less than 30 days and according to them they looked like they were worn The “manager” Destiny had such a vulgar attitude. Definitely needs to be trained on how to speak to the public in general. She approached in such a nasty way, basically didn’t want to hear what I had to say and told me try returning them at another Snipes (wish I would have taken a picture of the “worn” sneakers so I could upload it to this review) . I did I returned the sneakers at the Snipes in Union and you can’t even compare how nice the staff was over there compared to the Snipes in Elizabeth. Stay away from the Snipes in Elizabeth! And especially from Destiny!

This was my first visit to a Snipe store in Elizabeth New Jersey. I was out shopping finally being able to do something for myself for once in awhile. The salesperson in the store was very kind professional and helpful. Once I arrived at the cashier everything changed. The so-called store manager seemed to be in a very funky mood and attitude. She didn't even greet me nor the other clients in a pleasant manner. After I paid for my merchandise she didn't even say thank you. I've been involved with customer service for close to 30 years. I mentioned to the store manager how her low energy level ruins the whole purchasing experience for the customer. She just looked at me angrily and mumbled under her breath. My purchase was $135.00

My experience in snipes when I need original clothes and sneakers I always go there because they are all original and cheap.

I always go there...good service and good establishment with sneakers that I like with offers of 50% or more...and sports clothing...I recommend
