.do not Buy anything from them. I have my air conditioning heating system for only 3 years and it broke down. I have a guarantee for 5 years and he don't want to be bothered. He hung up on me don't buy from there

I have been dealing with them since the 80s Always got great prices never a problem w deliveries . I do compare prices w other places, last store told me they would beat any price untill I showed them there price. They we're always more then fair to me & anyone I've recommended.

Salespeople are helpful, but their prices are not competitive. You can get better prices and a better warranty for the same exact items if you check PC Richards.

Excellent service !!!!Joe my salesman went above and beyond to order and make sure the range I wanted would be in as soon as possible. Thanks to the amazingly knowledgeable delivery team i was cooking within minutes of my professional installation. 98 degree weather did not stop them from getting the job done. Very happy with my new stove. Thank you Jacobson appliance.

We have been buying appliances here since 1995...Purchase of washer and dryer was seamless and quick as was delivery...the service by the delivery guys was horrible, we were told by Pat that they would set up and level the washer as it is important for proper operation...my wife had to practically beg the guys to set it up...they NEVER leveled the washer and I had to do it myself after work that night...the water lines were twisted in a rats nest behind the washer...my wife actually fixed that, and they left me the dryer cord to install (thank heavens), but took the connector so off to the Depot to spend $10 more...HORRIBLE SERVICE! The guys seemed like they couldn't get out of there fast enough...we even removed the door and molding to make it easier for them to deliver...apparently they didn't care about that...looks like I'll have to find another appliance store...

It was ok, the older gentleman seem very knowledgeable, and I thought I was getting a great deal with the price of a dishwasher , but the next day when I check around Home Depot, Lowes, P.C. Richards, etc, for the same exact dishwasher, it was about the same price, a couple of dollars less, a couple of dollars more, the only thing I saved on was the sales tax, I only paid 3%, my in-laws used to go to this place for over 60+ so yeah, I am a little disappointed, next time I will not bother, I will go right to P.C. Richards, they usually work with me, it’s closer and more convenient

I call the place so I can figure out why it’s making so much noise in the washer machine this man started yelling and giving me attitude and cut me off and when I’m trying to explain the situation, I dont know name of the guy but he gave really bad customer service

I do Not recommend this place. I purchased a GE profile oven which did Not work from day 1. I called the store several times and they will Not accept any responsibility, I was told to go thru my warranty. 3 different service calls were done and as of today (6 weeks later) it is still not working. Very disappointing experience.

I arranged for a new microwave for my parents home in Cranford. Tarek handled everything beautifully over the phone with me! He narrowed the options based on dimensions and price point, offered a very fair price, arranged for delivery and installation within 2 days. The process with Jacobson Appliance went smoothly and just as expected. The installer called yesterday to confirm the delivery window and actually arrived and completed installation of the new unit within that timeframe - amazing! Overall, this was a wonderful experience with Jacobson and their designated installer. Even if their total cost were more than Lowes or Home Depot, which is wasn’t!). it would still be worth going to Jacobson for the great customer care experience and accountability. I highly recommend JACOBSON APPLIANCE!!!!!

I have had dealings before with these guys ver the years they want almost 140.00 more then home depot does . Guy said supply chain issues I hate to say this buddy it's not a supply chain problem because there's no solution. Problems can be fixed
