Rogelio Ayala filed my taxes, and I am very disappointed in the outcome so far. January 22nd, 2024, I came to do my taxes and just last week got a letter from the IRS because my information was sent in incorrectly. I went into the IRS website to verify my information, just to see that Rogelio put that the year of my birth incorrectly. So I came into H&R block in Elizabeth to get paper work to prove my identity to the IRS, and they cannot even print the needed paperwork for me! Now I have to go back to my former employers office to request my w-2 forms from them and contact the IRS again to get this settled. I paid $400 to get bad service and now, I will not even see my taxes until 3 months from now, if I am lucky. I recommend to do your taxes on the IRS website. These places are scams. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO H&R BLOCK.
