I can not begin to show the gratitude I have for HIGH TOUCH PHARMACY!!!!! The customer service of all the staff is incredible and personal. They treat you with so much kindness and respect, never rushing you and ALWAYS going above and beyond to service the customers. I had a problem with a copay and they assisted with applying a coupon to help me with some savings!!!! It’s the old personal touch that neighborhood pharmacies used to operate on….I recommend this place to anyone with ears lol.

Went out there way to get me a coupon to save $300 on a drug my insurance wouldn't cover. Walgreens wanted over $1000. They were cheaper to begin with so I even up paying $550!!!

I had been waiting for a medication for a long time that was on back order. My doc finally sent it to High Touch and they resolved the issue in 24 hours. They even waived the delivery fee for me because I had waited for so long from other pharmacies. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your needs. The staff is AMAZING ?

The reason I give it 5 stars is because at another pharmacy it took more than 2 weeks to have my medication ready and here since I called they had it ready and made all the procedures to change pharmacies very easy. All the staff were very friendly and gave me all the directions to the place.

I had an exceptional experience at this pharmacy! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly informative and helpful. Mustafa, who assisted me during checkout, provided detailed instructions on how to use my medication, which was greatly appreciated. After searching for my medicine for over 4 months, they had it in stock, which made me incredibly happy. Their outstanding customer service only added to the positive experience. Additionally, the lady who answered the phone was incredibly welcoming, although I unfortunately didn't catch her name. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service and availability of hard-to-find medications.
