Good prices, distant, unfriendly treatment and 0 attitude towards foreigners who speak little English…. The Latin kids are good, the North Americans are very bad... train the workers, even if they don't speak Spanish, make them more friendly, because their salaries come from our purchases!! I was very disappointed with the treatment.

Went to this store today with my daughters, only to have someone cut in front of us, who was returning a ton of items and was accepted by the clerk while not even apologizing. The way this store conducts business is not for people who want to spend money. My daughters and I waited for 10 min while the clerk completed the return. Then when it was our turn and another employee came over and spoke over us while we were still waiting to pay and he completely ignored us. I felt 100% disrespected as I am a nurse on vacation with my daughters. It was such a disrespectful and awful experience, we walked out of the store to another store. If you don't want to make money for a higher end store then put a sign out so people who want to spend money don't waste their time. I cannot believe this is how new Jersey stores treat their visitors/ customers.

Store managers here are TERRIBLE! Managers call each other and share information about customers prior to arrival. Eric (Asian Guy) is a racist manager at the G by Guess factory store. Never have I ever received such poor service from a higher level associate. From the time I arrived I was greeted with a nasty attitude because he was alerted by another store manager (an African American) male that refused to give his name when asked.I was then told to call customer service and there's nothing I can do about it and if I didn't leave security was going to be called. My purchase was less than 48hrs and no one was willing to assist me at all.I will never shop at Guess nor it's factory stores, this has been one of the worst experiences of my life and my hope is that no one ever experiences the nastiness exuded by Eric and the other African American store manager in this mall. If this is who Guess has as their face I see this brand going into the ground fairly quick!If you are smart, save yourself the trouble DO NOT SHOP HERE! Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere, there are better brands and stores with impeccable customer service and the willingness to help and problem solve. It's obvious these store managers hate their jobs and it shows in their demeanor and presence, flat out SLOPPY!Oh and Natalie was not of help either. My hope is that these 2 stores are shut down soon or their hierarchy of managers are replaced with suitable and well trained professionals. The bigotry is a shame amongst this establishment.

My son purchased a bag for his sister and misplaced/lost the receipt. I took my daughter to exchange the purse and she didnt find anything she liked, so she asked for a refund, only to be discounted 50% of the price, mind you, it was only 4 days since the purchase. The policy in this store supposedly of such prestige is unheard of, needles to say i will be reporting the store and it's policies to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, this store SHOULD be permanently closed for unfair business practices. My brother is a lawyer so it wont cost me anything and I will tie them up in court and legal fees for the next year. My daughter at lest found someone to sell the purse to for the original price my son paid, so nothing lost, nothing gained, but this store will surely never see our faces again and i will let everyone we know of the incident to stay away from them, and I hope everyone that reads this review pays heed to it, DONT BUY HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Today I wanted to buy a wallet, I was at the counter to pay, I went to check the price and the saleswoman started mixing my purchase with that of the next customer. I ended up leaving and not buying anything.

the staff, very rude. I went to change a bag that I hadn't bought for more than 8 days and it broke horrible, and they told me that they couldn't change it for me, but in a very rude way.

Don't order online. You wont even get a damn coupon for their mistakes. These companies should be grateful they have customers during a pandemic. Will not be buying another item ever again. Dissatisfied to say the least.

The manager, Joe, is very rude. He kept knocking on our door and asked me and my mom to have only one person in the fitting room.We asked for a reason and he is like...I'm the manager and this is the policy.I also want to point out that when we were waiting for someone to open the fitting room, he was just chatting around with other sales associates. I approached him and he did not even notice me standing next to him.Ady, a sales associate, is also very impolite. She showed a very bad attitude towards us and asked us to clean up the clothes she thought we put in the fitting room, which were left in the room by someone else.Another associate did not trust what the customer said and ran into my fitting room, counting the number of clothes I brought in, even though I have told her that it is within 5 clothes.There is only one Asian guy who is very willing to listen to customers. He is always working hard on folding/arranging clothes and helping customers find a suitable size. He did not chat around like other associates. He also helped us with finding the right size, so we really appreciate it.
