This is my second time going there and witnessing how poorly the management speak to the staff. It’s hard to want to shop there when you witness blatant mistreatment of employees by the staff. DO BETTER!

I don't like this Gap outlet located in Jersey Gardens Mall due to the fact that the cashier named Jasper who was behind the register was very rude and unprofessional. She just threw my necklaces that I purchased in the bag as if she didn't care. She made my shopping experience very uncomfortable and I will never return to this Gap outlet again. If she didn't want to be at work that day she should have called out. She is too young to be so unhappy and aggressive towards customers. She definitely needs to be reprimanded for her actions. PERIOD💯
