Had a PAINFULLY SLOW experience with a counter representative with cotton balls in her ears there. She didn't know how to ask for which business information she needed to confirm (shipper or receiver), how to explain the shipping options and dates to Puerto Rico, needed guidance on how to change the weight of the package in the system, and extensive help with how to spell the name 'Garcia', requiring 4 corrections. What should have taken me 5-10 minutes took 45 minutes. All of the coworkers simply kept their eyes on their screens until she called them over for help.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the FedEx Ship Center and I must say, it was an exceptional experience, largely due to the fantastic service provided by Karen.
