Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, they called me the day before to confirm my ordered, and today I called about the status of the order and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me they canceled the order and won’t deliver cause they were not taking orders. When I told them someone called me yesterday morning and confirmed she said “yeah that was my sister but we didn’t put it in and didn’t charge my phone so that’s it” and hanged up. Now it’s already the day of and can’t order anymore thanks to them

Purchased a flower arrangement 1/22 on the website for delivery 2/14 (Valentine’s Day). The delivery never happened. I called the day afterwards and they told me they need to check delivery list. Waited for few hours and still no response. Very unhelpful on the phone. Will never purchase from them again. It’s embarrassing to not have the flowers delivered on Valentine’s Day when I purchased well in advance. Received no apology as well.

Today is school graduation, and I got shopping some flowers, it’s closed but the Google schedule say open 8 am to 7pm , the florist it’s closed now . Please check the schedule time .

Highly recommend, not only a great florist also an incredible person that connects with the occasion, is relatable and kind. For my uncles wake, many guests used Emilios, and I was blown away when we received a condolences bouquet from the florist themselves! Months later I came in for my sons 8th grade dance boutonnière. Always do such phenomenal work, you can tell it is because of the passion behind their craft. Thank you so much for touching our lives when it was most needed.
