Dealership falsely advertised having the car we wanted. Drove 2 hrs only to be told it was a salvage cash only car. Decided to look at actual inventory and vehicle we did like. Went through numbers with Josh and Isaac. They weaseled their way into having my wife give them her phone and filled out a separate loan on the side to add to cash down payment, on top of what we thought we were putting down on our credit card. Since its a third party loan company, we can't get it cancelled. Had to drive there with our small children 2hrs away on three separate occasions because they stopped answering us. Even got general manager Michael to hear us out and said he'd get this reversed. Even agreed to compensate us for the repairs we had to make on car 2 weeks later. Also rolled off lot with gas tank on E! Mike was so nice and apologetic. Stopped answering us too. On top of Josh, Isaac, and Luis who is the worst because he would continue giving us false hope until ultimately he stopped answering us too. Found out manager Michael was either fired or quit days after us meeting with him. We just found out about another fraudulent roadside assistance addon that we somehow paid for. Just completed police reports and filing complaint through NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs. Hope owner sees this. We're not stopping. Whether we have to shell out couple more grand to make this dealership pay. This place is evil. Looking at my wife with our two small children swearing they'll right there wrong knowing they're not going to do anything for a buck. Hope they sleep good at night knowing they screw families over daily. Looking at all these horrible reviews. It's apparent they could care less about people. It's remarkable.

Liars and thieves. BEWARE. I read the reviews and called - they said they were misunderstandings. I tell them I'm driving an hour to get there and they assure me they have the cars and they have clean titles. Low and behold all FoUR were refurbished totals.

Made me write a nice review when I first purchased a car, but I now realize it was a mistake. Still haven’t given me my missing hubcap they promised me over a year ago. And when I first got the car, there were problems and I had to fight to get them to fix it. My salesperson was Alfred and to this day will not respond when I continue to ask for my missing hubcap. Do not purchase a car here. Never again. They hustle for your money and then never want to see you again. Terrible car dealership.

I strongly advise against engaging in any business transactions with these individuals as they have been proven to be scammers. It is in your best interest to explore alternative options for investing your money elsewhere.

Told me the car was available and I drove 2 hours. When I arrive they said the car wasn’t available and was sold 2 weeks before my call. No potty or empathy when telling me this. These Dominican glitter suit kids just there to scam you.

I understand that dealerships mostly function based on commission, however, I never thought I would have such a horrible experience. The finance manager had myself and my boyfriend waiting for almost 3hrs with our 2 month old just to try to hustle us into trading in our vehicle for less than what it was worth. To top it off we had to service our vehicle for the lights that were on in the dashboard that we were being told would come out of pocket even though we have a dealership warranty that hadn’t expired yet. Lastly, the general manager told us that we would get a check to reimburse us for the cost of the service, however the individual who signs the checks wasn’t there. The next day I get a call from the service manager stating that I would only get reimbursed for the lights on the dashboard getting fixed not the part needed to fix those lights. Despite the fact that the general manager had promised a check would be made and that the individual would be available to sign the check the next day. It’s just a matter of respect, if you’re not going to reimburse us just say so and don’t give customers the run around. If you value the luxury vehicles you have in your inventory maybe you should focus the value on your customer service.

I wish I could go lower. This place lies to get you in the door DO NOT TRUST THEM. Mia/Nicole (if they exist) promised me through multiple emails that the 2018 hrv I was coming in to buy (pending a test drive) was on the lot and ready to go. I told them I was skeptical based on their poor reviews and they fooled me. Apparently not only was the car a wholesale export salvage title (what does that even mean) but my financing would never cover it so I better pay cash or get their financing... But oh they do have different models of the car all priced 5000-7000 more than what I came in for. DO NOT TRUST THEIR LIES THEY WANT YOU IN THE DOOR TO WASTE YOUR TIME.

Worst dealer ever biggest scammers ever. I got a 17k car they got us into a 40k debt and when you come to ask for help nobody helps. They had me sign pages and would refuse to explain to me what they were. The car was given to me with no air in the tires no gas the volume button didn’t work and the door wouldn’t open.

DONT GO HERE.... VERY SCAMMY AND WILL STEAL YOUR CARD INFO!! went in here with my boyfriend last week after talking on the phone with them three times to confirm car facts and prices. When we got there, they wouldn't talk prices and asked for his ID and debit card which he gave. After hassling for the prices, they told us that the car was double the price and had a salvaged title, which we confirmed multiple times it wasn't. they then tried to sell a car even more expensive and we said no asking for the cards back. they were extremely difficult to give them back. now a week later there are three charges for car insurance on his debit card, which he only used at this dealership (the card was brand new and not used anywhere else). they definitely stole his card information and probably used it as a deal to pay 6 month premiums on car insurance - the charges added up to almost 4K!! Whatever you do, don't give them your card or let them try to trick you!! Super sleezy place

This is the biggest scam dealership of all time. I called three times to confirm the car, the price, the title. All three times I was guaranteed a clean title, pricing and car on the lot. We drove two hours to the location. I called an hour before we arrived and they once again confirmed clean title, price and on the lot. We arrive, meet Joshua who says the car is not on the lot. It is cash only and it is a salvage title. He then gets his manager Mike who triesTo sell me a car for thousands over it value. When I called the number of the girl I spoke to, ironically she leftFor the day. This placeIs a total scam. Mia, well she is whatever girl is sittingAt the front desk. They are all names Mia. Do yourselfA favor. Stay clear of this dealership. Contact the New Jersey attorney generals office like I did. File your complaintAnd get this place shut down.

THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BOTS. THEY WILL LIE AND WASTE YOUR TIME. Most of the cars they have posted online have false information. They claim they have cars on the lot and have clean titles which will both end up being lies when you get there.

This car sales place seems more like a place to rip people off. Through cargo gurus I arrived with my family and we agreed with Isaac the seller that he would buy a vehicle for about $21 thousand dollars. I trusted Isaac the seller and he robbed me. Unfortunately they give you many sheets to sign, I trust myself and I did not read the details of the loan or the final price of the vehicle, of course the manager did not explain anything to me or give me any copies at the time. , which he is supposed to deliver, then I understood that everything is a plan between them. I paid 9,000 dollars down for this, from the part that was financed, in my mind I think I would pay from 12 to 15,000 dollars to my surprise, I find a debt of 30,000 dollars, I go back to the dealer, he explains the details of the loan and the amount end of the vehicle and another big surprise, the car does not cost 21,000 thousand dollars as agreed with the seller but 33,000 dollars. I feel like I was cheated, blackmailed and robbed. A difference of almost $10,000, plus one of your employees almost hit me. Don't be fooled, these people tell you one price and in the end they give you another

Terrible customer service and not as advertised online and over the phone. I was talking with a sales rep for a couple of days about a vehicle, we set up an appointment for me to drive 3 hours to purchase at the dealership. I was contacted 5 hours prior to the appointment to confirm I was still coming and then 1 hour prior, I informed them I was on my way. I arrived, first thing I was asked how much I was going to put down for the purchase, despite I have been discussing with the sales rep I was going to pay in full, he went back and fort because he couldn't locate the car and I found out the car had been sold a day prior.....just a waste of time and effort.....read reviews first....

Scammers big Scammers. Many reviews seem like people had similar experiences. Should have checked reviews ahead of time. Went to look at a Accord sport which had a good price and low miles. Talked to Brenda who said it was a lease deal and in no accidents. When we went to look at it we found out they had already sold it the night before and we got to looking at others on auction with the young guy who was extremely pushy. When we talked to him about the car we came to look at he first said it had frame damage, then a little later he said he knows it had frame damage. Come on, seriously Brenda no wrecks?? Or maybe the frame just up and bent itself ?
