I bought a gold engagement ring with diamonds. In less than six months the ring broke; as a result one of its diamonds fell and was lost. I sent the ring back to them I a hope that it would have some kind of guarantee. Instead of offering me a guarantee for the product, I was charged $160 for the repair. I paid the price they charged, but service provided was horrible!! They've put in a smaller stone which fell off again in less than a week. To put in a nutshell: I strongly don't recommned them to anybody!

Horrible customer service!!! Girl was so rude!! As if I was a burden to look at there jewelry. Was too busy complaining about her salad being too expensive... will never walk back in this place again.. Girl behind counter talks to you like your stupid. Please be more courteous to your clientel!!
