My first experience walking in this pharmacy over exceeded my expectations, the transfer process was quick & efficient & regardless how it was going to go they made it easy & fast Thank you so much for that & with everything you guys have to deal with each day and out. Yes you might have to wait a little, but what other pharmacy don’t you have to wait for your turn?. People have to understand what these men & women do here everyday to make our lives better, working hard and preparing everyone’s prescriptions for hundred and thousands of ppl EVERYDAY. We have to be more understanding & know they are doing there best dealing with grumpy people all day & calls speaking with multiple doctors offices etc… Blessings to each and everyone here in this CVS location & others.

Horrible!! Lack of training, urgency and communication! Went to pick up meds for a script that was sent from ER for my child who has Strep, the pharmacist told me to come back in an hour . Came back in two hours for them to tell me his medication wasn’t ready there & supposedly it was at another cvs pharmacy 20 minutes away.. asked if it could be transferred here & the girl at the window told me no b/c they were closing in 30 minutes!!(amoxicillin doesn’t take 30 minutes to fill) Drove 20 minutes to the other pharmacy for them to tell me it’s ready at the actually CVS I just came from and they couldn’t feel because they had already made it ready!!! Unbelievably to say the least .. DO BETTER

Walked in at 1:25 for a flu vaccine, and the lazy pharmacist didn't want to give it because they closed for lunch in 5 minutes though giving a vaccine takes 30 seconds. Very unimpressed. Won't be coming here again

I was there Saturday morning at 10:30. Both self checkout machines were beeping and I needed mucinex that required a key. Omar took care of everything and even took care of phone calls. He gets 5 stars. I gave the store 3 stars because there should have been more staff helping out.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at CVS Pharmacy y Mas located at 430 Westfield Ave Elizabeth, NJ. I encountered a young woman at the pharmacy with a short brown afro and facial piercings who made a deeply racist remark. She suggested that many lives of Hispanics would not have been lost if they did not use Vicks and took vaccines instead. Not only was her statement offensive, but her use of profanity and her condescending attitude towards both customers and coworkers were utterly unacceptable. Shockingly, the pharmacist on duty did nothing to address this behavior. It's disheartening to witness such blatant racism and disrespectful behavior in a place that should prioritize professionalism and customer care. CVS needs to seriously address this issue; there are countless individuals who are eager and willing to work diligently and respectfully. My experience was sickening, and I have no intention of ever visiting this pharmacy again.

It is absolutely terrifying that a store catered to serving the community is staffed by such incompetent people, especially in the pharmacy department.

Bad experience with the people who work in the pharmacy. When I returned for my medicine after 3 hours, they were not ready and when I asked them to help me, they answered me to keep waiting and "what was my problem"? They were not respectful. claim my prescription and I got my medication in 3 minutes at Morris Pharmacy ??

Oddly enough, prescriptions are always a different price even though medication and the insurance stays the same.

I think it's crazy to shut down the pharmacy for 1 hour during the day. I count 6,7,8 people working there. They all take their lunch at the same time? Why can't you stagger their lunch hour? The rest of the store is open for business. Just the pharmacy. Management should take control of employees lunch breaks. Customer service should not be compromised or inconvenienced.

Came from urgent care. Went to cvs to pick up medicen for my 1 year old baby and manager said it was lunch time i had to wait till he came back at 2pm. Mean while its 1pm. There were other workers working in the back. Wouldnt it make sence to have the other works help why he gors to lunch. Ohh its been like this for 7 years. So they all go eat at same time?? And i came in uber.so what i have to wait there untill hes done eating? Very unprofessional. With a sick crying baby. Why coulnt he have some one els there help me in mean time?

Terrible pharmacy. They lose your refills , and call your doctor's office asking for refills on medication that I didn't request or need. Then, when you question them as to why there are issues, they can't give you an answer. This pharmacy deserves a 0 not even a 1.

CVS Pharmacy & Store. 430 Westfield Ave, Elizabeth, NJ. Not customer friendly. Needed PCR test after possible Covid exposure. Pharmacy employees stated that this location offered only drive-up service, no walk in service. Suggested I take Uber, Lyft or taxi. Really! Also, noticed that this location seems to be more interested in volume of prescription sales and vaccines rather than quality of prescription advice or general consultation re suggested/routine vaccinations. Please note that very few of CVS employees at this location wear face masks. This is especially discerning to me as I have remained Covid free throughout the pandemic by adhering to practical common sense mitigation practices such as: keeping current on Covid vaccination and booster(s) shots, wearing N95 face masks, limiting in-person contacts, frequent hand washing, using Covid home test kits on bi-weekly basis. The coronavirus is still ALIVE and MUTATING. Despite the availability of Covid vaccination, boosters and antiviral drugs and treatment modalities; people are still dying.
