I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Newark. The service was outstanding, with Gladys, Diana, and Molly all going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable , which was helpful for my stay that had an early morning trip out of EWR the next day . The staff’s friendliness truly stood out, and I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Rooms: No luggage racks or chairs in the room. When asked for it, they said that the hotel threw them out to prepare for a renovation project!! We were very surprised at that answer! Long lines of uber/lyfts get stuck behind the gates due to a very old and slow ticketing system which allows free 30 mins in the mornings for conference attendees. Asked the staff to address it or let those drop off at the gate, but no got no action or response. Elevator also broke down on our second day.

I've stayed here 3 times in the past month - such a great hotel. Easy access to NYC via public transit, large and great hotel rooms, and awesome staff. Mayra was especially awesome - she checked me in on all 3 visits. I recommend and will definitely be returning.

Yeah this is my go to hotel when in town . Caught at show at Irving Plaza . EWR is super close hotel actually has a shuttle . Always a clean room and always exceptional service . I arrived a little bit early and they still let me check in which i truly truly appreciate . I will be back in December . Thank You Crowne !!

After a long day of missed connections and missed flights the people at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Newark were a welcome sight. The driver Eli was friendly as he picked us up at the airport. Gladys, the night supervisor, promptly checked us in with a smile. She went the extra mile by helping us with a mixup of our food delivery. Aliya was also friendly. All in all we were very impressed with their customer service. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

We were looking for one last hotel near the EWR airport for our New York vacation. Check in was very quickly thanks to the very nice Dayanna and we received all the relevant Information from her. The rooms are American-style and functional. There is an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes 24 hours a day.

Rooms: Rooms are very clean and lots of amenities.
Food and drinks: Great restaurant and bar. Good breakfast buffet. A little pricey but expected from that location.
Noteworthy details: Very friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed for one night, staff was overly rude from not understanding what we were trying to get them to understand. They expect you to pay for everything they offer when everything is broken or way to overpriced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stop taking peoples money especially if you can’t even keep up your business. This place is bull shit.

Crown plaza was by far one of the best hotels I stayed at. Vanessa and Jeff at the front desk was amazing. Great customer service. I recommend anyone to come stay here when visiting NJ. It’s close to airport and by bars/restaurants.
