First time there I was a little concerned do to some of the reviews literally went in expecting the worst soon I walked in Alex was there and make himself extremely available even took the time to help write some of the information not knowing I had surgery in my hand little while back and is been difficult soon I finished with him move to the window where Isabel took care of me efficiently and Stephanie oversee some of the things that was going definitely show that they care for the customers thanks again to all 3 of you guys I would definitely come back again

Do not ever come here, its basically the twilight zone of Chase banks. I attempted to open an account for my daughter. A representative proceeded to tell me that they needed to make copies of my daughter's documents and send them to corporate for approval which can take 3 business days then another 2 weeks to have an appointment to have an account opened. Obviously this sounds fishy so I declined and immediately called corporate where I was told there was no such policy in place. Ummm I don't know what kind of scam they are running here but all I can say is stay away from this place.

Came into this branch a bit stressed because i wasnt sure if i would be able to withdraw a big portion of money. I thought I would need to wait 3 business days since the time I cashed out via cashapp. It just so happens I needed to make an important payment by today . I went straight to the teller and she confirmed that through her system it said there was only but so much available for withdrawal. She directed me to the branch's atm and said the machine would surely let me take out more if not all the money. When I tried using the machine there was an error message. I turned around and looked back at the teller and her associate , who I'm pretty sure was an actual mgr by the looks of her attire. And I simply said to both of them " hi , the machine doesnt seem to be working can someone please help me?" the mgr then gave me the BITTEREST look , stared at me and then ignored me. She was a 5'5 women with long brown hair. The teller stared and ignored me too. However , the security guard stood up and decided to help me. He had the best and most genuine professional customer service amongst all of them . He deserves recognition for his lovely helpful willingness . I suggest to whoever reading this,dont come here expecting exceptional service . And I suggest to the higher ups to rehire. Your employees are misrepresenting your business ethics . I felt more attended by the guard of your branch than your employees let alone one of your own head mgr leaders. Do better. 0 stars .

Don’t come to this bank. The ATM didn’t give my my cash but withdrew it from my account. I told the manager, and he very rudely told me it’s not their problem. They don’t care for customers. Did I mention rude? Unorganized. Dirty. Disrespectful. Any other branch will do besides this one.

Rite now I hate coming to this branch, they closed up the drive thru, you have to pay for parking on the street meters in order to do your banking here ? I rather go to the one in roselle.

I was here trying to open a new savings/ CD account for myself since i wanted to deposit a good amount of money. But the person who greeted me said it would take an hour or more to do such a thing. I came in here at 4:20pm 06/08/2022 and was literally told that they couldn’t help me to open a new savings account or a CD account and that I can do it myself on the mobile app. This was the worst experience ever from a chase branch. Go to any other branch other than this one . I have a business checking with Bank Of America and i went to them instead to do this new savings account and CD , and they were more professional and helpful than chase. I will be switching my chase account to bank of America and opening an investment account with Bank of America, thanks to this Chase branch that wouldn’t help me. Customer service is all, if you treat people good it will reciprocate. But this branch is not an example of the other chase branches I’ve gone to where I’m treated like I’m a person. Do yourself a FAVOR AND DO NOT COME TO THIS CHASE BRANCH. If i could give 0 stars I definitely would. To me customer service is all and this branch doesn’t have any type of good customer service.
