Well where do I begin? Let’s start with the fact that this was by far thee most disgusting, disappointing, and despicable Calvin Klein location I’ve ever visited. Room for opportunity would be not only an understatement but a complete lie. As my partner and I entered the Calvin Klein Establishment in New Jersey Gardens Mall after shopping in about 3 other stores because the mall was beginning to close. We see employees just parlaying around as well as maintaining the floor. Not one single employee greeted us or simply even suggested helping with anything. We had to carry around the merchandise that we wanted to purchase in our hands along with our shopping bags from other stores. In the midst of shopping we just so happen to stubble upon mesh shopping bags for the merchandise. Miracle indeed because, it’s not like an associate offered them to us making the shopping experience easier. It’s not like we received any customer service during the first half of this DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. After placing our items in the bags we were approached by an employee. She was about 5ft , stocky Latina woman with a very nasty attitude. Accusing my partner of stealing and placing the merchandise in our shopping bags. Now! One can imagine the confusion of two customers who came into a store to shop yet, didn’t receive any customer service whatsoever in what seemed to be an unprofessional work environment. On top of that get accused of shoplifting! And it gets even worse folks. After, she searched my partners bags only to find Michael Kors, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, and NOT CALVIN KLEIN ! We simply asked her for an apology. And she had the audacity to say “Are You Gonna Keep Shopping?”. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!! Honestly this location needs to be shut down indefinitely for 1. Lack of professionalism! 2. Lack of customer service! 3. Personal conversations on the clock! and 4. Racially Profiling! I am traumatized I’ve never been accused of a crime in my life and have never committed one. And the fact that Calvin Klein’s New Jersey Gardens Location doesn’t enforce customer satisfaction or respect then I will simply take my hard earned money else where. It’s just unfortunate that humanity has clearly fallen spiritually so low that you can’t even go into Calvin Kleins and purchase a few pair of jeans and tops without receiving any customer service and being accused of thievery. Yikes ?#CALVINDECLINED
