They don't give a guarantee, my husband bought the bearings for the car and one came out bad and he didn't want to respond or give us the money back, saying the man could change it if we paid him 30 dollars more, it's a scam.

Carlos, the owner, along with his wife were so sweet and knowledgeable. They helped me get the parts that I needed the same day. I called at 8am and had the parts by 1pm. He charges fair prices. I would 100 percent recommend Best Buy Auto Parts.
