I have a 45 minute lunch break, I showed up to the bank to make a Deposit of a few €100 that I had. After waiting on line for 15 minutes, it was finally my turn. Then a manager walks out and tells me that the systems are down and I can use the ATM if I want. Why the hell would I be inside of a bank if I could simply use an ATM?

This is the worst BOA location I have ever been to. Customer service is terrible, they are understaffed and the manager is greeting customers instead of servicing them. I will never come back here, waited over 30 min in line.

One star is being generous. I went to this bank on a Saturday morning. The line was already too long and customers (including myself) had to wait outside in 30 degree weather. Once The line started moving and we were inside, there were only two tellers attending customers! All of which were extremely slow! Many times they stopped assisting customers to discuss what I assume is a customer issue amongst themselves (whether the conversation was based on assisting the customer in front of them or not, they are well aware of the line of customers have and should be more diligent).

Worst customer service ever experience. Location manager don't know how appointment work she skip people who have appointment and do what she want. Never coming back to this location agin. Had an appointment at 3.30pm came here at 3.20pm in advance now 4.10pm still waiting outside.

I cant believe how unorganized and how unprofessional the people are who work here. They didnt even try to resolve my issue, i had to keep giving them suggestions on what to do. They are very busy and have one woman helping to see customers. I will not return to this bank, and have decided to open an account at chase bank instead.
