Great customer service. Yoana and Ariel were both very helpful and kind. They cleared all our questions, guided us and they even helped us with a quick installation. I wish all Auto Zone were like this. The management should hire more employees like them. Five-star rating all the way.

They didn't want to take out a battery after I just purchased a new battery from them. Gave me rusted old tools to take out the battery and I had to go inside and get a different pair just to change my battery. Also they didn't "feel" like testing my battery again and then told me I had a bad alternator. Went to the dealership and another autozone and they both told me this autozone shouldn't have told me I needed a new alternator. This autozone doesn't choose to help you and make a customer feel like a burden when they are suppose to do their job.

It is an excellent place, everyone is incredibly friendly, and they always help their customers in everything they can, it is an incredible place and with excellent prices, I always buy everything for my car there, I recommend it 1000%.

Bad attention they don’t pay attention to you don’t come to this autozone it’s the worst I was standing in line to make my payment 24 minutes and no one attended me and the ATMs passed in front of me

Jorge was horrible refused to help didn’t want to remove battery said it wasn’t his job although his co worker just did one. He did not want to let me use the tools to remove battery nasty attitude

The person who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable about the topic I went for, super helpful, and even though they didn't have what I needed there, he told me which Auto Zone store I could find it at and play it safe.
