I called about my order for a Samsung S23 Ultra. While the AT&T website did cause me a few issues, they were solved quickly by the store representative, who also answered any questions I had in a clear and understandable way. Calls would generally also be answered very quickly, without much of a delay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this store.

Yesterday in the afternoon some lady by the name of Stephaine help me out buying a phone charger and I also told her I’m from Baltimore just visiting shopping in NJ, she help me and she explained the details in a professional matters and I respect her for that great customer, tell her I said thank you so much and hope she see her soon to ask her on a date sometime

My visit to the AT&T store exceeded expectations. The staff demonstrated exceptional customer service, addressing my queries with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm. The store was well-organized, making it easy to explore the latest products.The representatives were patient, guiding me through various options tailored to my needs - especially Ms. Shemyla Figueroa was the nicest possible person there. The overall ambiance was inviting, creating a positive shopping experience.I highly commend the AT&T team for their professionalism and customer-centric approach.

They said in order to fix my son’s phone I needed to change the number. I was charged an activation fee and that did not fix the problem.

Everything was great and the associates were extremely helpful and patient. The associates worked as fast as they could and provided me with the best customer service. They were honest and made my switching so easy.

Excellent, the agent took care of me right away within 5 minutes he was able to accept my payment and explain my phone plan and other options and my service was restored right away. It was my first time going to that location. It was Excellent the service.

I went here with my daughter godmother the other day when I say at&t is a ripple then they charged her ideal credit to her bill these people is crazy they hard up for money

Excellent customer service from Johan!I really recommend this store, he went above and beyond with his service, he took the time to explain everything to us and I was very pleased, he was really helpful and patient. All of them were very friendly not only with us, but you could see that with each of the clients they dealt with. I am very happy with my new Samsung S23 ultra and and the excellent service from it!Excelente servicio al cliente!
