i will start out with I never write a review, so this will tell you the extent to how horrible this organization is. i was provided a price and showed all the pictures of what was going. I was 17 cubic feet under the allotted amount. The crew showed up 1 1/2 days after scheduled. They had a serious attitude. On top of it all, they then came back with the amount being 2 1/2 times the amount. Now they are saying they won't take items that were represented in my list. The salesman has blocked my number because he is a crook. His name is Richard. They are a company based on fraud and extortion

I have used this company over the decades whenever I moved homes. They are very professional, and communication is excellent from the point of scheduling through the day of the move. The movers have always gone above and beyond. They are efficient and take great care with your items. Andre, Julio, and Alex did a fantastic job! They will always be my go-to movers!!

American Movers inc - Did a fantastic job, very helpful, professional and reasonable for a long distance moving company. These guys moved me a few couple months ago and it was great ? Andre Julio and Pedro did a great job.

I’ve moved business offices and private homes over the decades — American Movers is the best. The team that helped with moving, wrapping and storing furniture and boxes were timely, professional, efficient, careful and had a positive attitude. Adam who coordinated everything was accommodating of my tight deadline and delivered on everything he promised. Highly recommend this company.

I am in the property preservation business. American Movers has handled all my NJ evictions for the past 3-4 years. I have never had an issue with them. Responsive, on time, and reasonable pricing. Great work guys!

I can’t be happier with this company. My aunt used them to store property for decades, while she lived out of state. When it was time to survey the content of her pallets, I was not sure if after 40 years they were even in existence. But Eric found them right away and they were neatly wrapped in plastic! He kindly provided multiple photos of the pallets. Saving me from traveling at the height of COVID. Eric, was so kind and helpful closing the account and disposing of unwanted items. I tried to use them to move from North NJ to Central NJ. They confirmed my move three times and the price. When my father called the number a half hour after they were supposed to arrive, they said they were on there way. About 20 minutes after that, while him and my family were waiting at home and I was waiting in the apartment, they told us they cancelled my move. No warning, no apology, we tried to call back three times with no answer. The guy would not speak to us, had no empathy, was completely unprofessional. I wasted a lot of time and money for a cancelled move an hour after they should be here. It is an actual scam, I will be reporting them.

Eric was nice to coordinate our move with. He was patient while we were in flux with our living situation. The team of three men that moved us were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.
