I bought the shoes Online and I tried to return in the store, but I can’t find my size also in the store and I asked the lady I think she is the manager to give me bag I can put my shoes in and she refuse to give me the bag and I told her can I pay for this back $.10 she says no OK. You can give me one for free. She says no is very unprofessional. She supposed to be Work at anything else, not with the customer the day is July 30, 2024 at 7:45 PM

I got my classic superstar sneakers here many times. Most employees are nice. The employee named Maya, who I think is a manager, is really nice. Adidas is lucky to have her working for their company.

I'm almost on Level 4 so I've been shopping a lot at Adidas. This store is off my shopping list. They're a study in frustration when looking for sizes. I've mentioned to store personnel in the past that it's frustrating to shop here because the hanger may have size M while the garment may be size 3XL. Staff seem nice, but aren't really helpful. On my last visit, my daughter found a really nice jersey on the Clearance rack but the store personnel told us it was part of their exclusive Wales Bonner collection and NOT a Clearance item. That was understandable, but instead of removing it, he left it right there on the Clearance rack so someone else could make the same mistake. That made NO sense to me.Worse, I also looked diligently in Clearance and found a great running shirt with a red tag for $9.95 but when I got to the cash register, I was told it had been "tampered with" and was actually $21. This wasn't the first time this had happened, and I've seen it happen to others. They seem to have some great deals, but since I can't trust if they'll honor those great prices, I'll stick to the Houston Street store in Manhattan or the website. In either of those locations, I know the deals I find won't change when I check out.
