Just picked up my 2 frenchies from here,amazing!!!! Place is spotless,customer service is excellent.They even added little rubies to her ears,the place is exceptional.

I was at a previous groomer with my qsito for about 2 years and we started to notice that everything we would take him, he would cry and hid in the car, it was an ordeal to get him out. We decide to try glamour pet and it was the best choice we could have made for our pet. He is always happy and relax to go! I must say, try to get your appointments in advance because they are super busy! Amazing experiences would recommend to family and friends!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I was very weary about writing this review but now I have to warn other pet parents. I’ve brought my dog here only a handful of times and every time he leaves here, he’s always shaking and incredibly lethargic. Prior to giving this new place a chance, the longest I ever waited for my dog’s grooming was maybe 2 hours and some change. Last week, my dog was gone for just over FOUR HOURS! The time before that, three and a half hours… At least double his average haircut time (even when his hair is extremely long). It’s been 3 days since my dog’s last grooming appointment and he is still lethargic and shaking; I noticed that he also has dry blood on his paws. Furthermore, while I was there I heard dogs wailing in pain and almost walked out. From interactions with the shop’s groomers, most seem friendly but I’ve had some run ins with some shady individuals. Will NEVER be returning here as I am always worried when I drop my pup off. Per parents beware..

The place did a good job with my dog’s haircut. My puppy looked better. I cannot give them five stars because in addition to having to pay someone else to file his nails ( nails were cut too sharp) my dog received an ear infection from the water not being cleaned it out of his ears properly. This is not the first time that I have gotten his ears cleaned but the first time he was infected. That emergency vet bill was over $130. When I reached out to this company after taking my dog to the vet for resolution they ignored me and I have never heard back. This would be after my mom took the dog back to the groomer to inquire about the moisture in his ear that was not there when he was dropped off. I would assume I would receive some type of apology or Good will gesture to attempt to resolve the issue. I am disappointed and will not be going back. In response to their reply, they have the ability to write a response on this website but not the respect to contact me personally to address my issues, which I did for them before writing this review and was ignored.
