Terrible place to work. Worst management and branch lead/teller manager I've ever dealt with in the company, no support or transaction assistance, bad attitudes, disrespect, ALWAYS short staffed, ALWAYS a line out the door. It's no wonder why this particular branch has such high staff turnover. How are tellers- who are already completely overworked and have way more responsibility at this company than just about any other bank-- supposed to adequately and confidently perform our duties in relation to monitoring fraud, research, self-overrides etc. when we are a skeleton crew with no additional support from management. Managers and branch leads prefer to sit at their desks or on their personal cell phone, and huff & puff and berate, and blatantly disrespect teller staff for just about anything they perceive as an inconvenience. Of course, not all branches are like this. But the branches in cities/suburban areas are heavily neglected and overpacked with customers and having awful managers/leads doesn't make it any easier. Choose locations wisely, do your research, or better yet-- stay away from banking altogether.

Wow, what a nightmare of an establishment. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Teller was clearly miserable, talking over me and cutting me off when I attempt to ask detailed questions. Manager huffs and puffs when helping count my cash. There was a long line which I understand the frustration being short staffed, but I also witnessed elderly customers who were being pleasant being rudely shooed away as well. I am a business customer and am treated like a burden for brining in large amounts of cash one or twice a week. Every time I come in it is an issue for someone. What choice do I have? The bankers clearly hate their jobs as well, I've witnessed two different bankers complaining out loud when asked to assist customers "No, no no! I can't! This is crazy!" and runnning to their break room. Shocking, what happened to the decorum? If my business wasn't so heavily intertwined with WF at the moment I would switch banks. Can't even go to a different branch since most have closed down.

I waited over an hour to be properly assisted at this branch for a simple issue.During my time waiting there, I witnessed tellers give inadequate service to Spanish speaking customers. I was also informed that management is lackluster at this location in resolving problems.Seek service at another branch location.

Long story short: I paid my rent for august and 3 months later my propertly manager tells me that I am $99 short on my rent. $9 was supposedly left out of my rent check and I have been accumulating $30 late fees for 3 months. While they cleared the late fees and my account is back to 0 balance, I needed answers because Im 100% positive my check was the correct ammount(not $9 short). I dont know the teller's name but I went in there to ask a question after extensive reseach online and the wells fargo website to see what happens to my check after it has been converted to ACH(since there is no check image when converted to ACH). She started conducting the same research that I had originally done on her website and google and ultimately sent me away saying "sorry I dont know what to tell you". I have nothing to say about everybody else as I havent had many things to do in there aside from depositing tips.I guess anybody could convert your check to ACH for a different amount and wells fargo will send you away with a "i dont know my bad"

Staff is rude. They need retraining. Lady asked another worker in a rude tone "who are those people over there" other worker stated "i don't know". Lady then request women to find out. The women walks over to another women sitting and stated "bank does not take walk in customers" during normal business hours No walk-ins unless using atm i was so shocked by the conversation i overheard i just walked out and found another Wells Fargo. Had my walk-in fulfilled at another branch. I will be calling customer service

Had an appointment to set up another account which took 3wks to get, we get there and despite a conformation email we were told we didn't have an appointment and nothing available for another 2wk. The place is so short staffed it's ridiculous

I withdrew $200 from atm machine and was charged double. Sent proof of receipt and submitted a claim I have yet received a call back they have yet to even reach out to the atm company. Will not give me a temporary credit even with proof but yet I have to wait 10 days. When I call to speak to a supervisor the agent says wait 35 minutes. This bank is a joke literally!

I needed a roll of quarters to get around on all the tollways. They stated there is a shortage right now and they can only give quarters to businesses. Even though I’m a customer it doesn’t matter. They said they could only give me a few dollars in quarters. Even though the tollways only take quarters…. This is ridiculous. I will probably start banking with Wells Fargo. This is getting awful.
