I waited over an hour to be properly assisted at this branch for a simple issue.During my time waiting there, I witnessed tellers give inadequate service to Spanish speaking customers. I was also informed that management is lackluster at this location in resolving problems.Seek service at another branch location.

Had an appointment to set up another account which took 3wks to get, we get there and despite a conformation email we were told we didn't have an appointment and nothing available for another 2wk. The place is so short staffed it's ridiculous

Went in to get a pin for my card and woman working there said I couldnt so I spoke to manager and she did it I felt uncomfortable after that worst bank ever
