I dread my visit here. I only go if I cannot find a certain item. It's always chaotic and overly busy. I hate when they try to check your receipt when they just watched the cashier check you out, yet self check....nope never bother them. Last resort shipping trip

This store has finally broke me and I will never shop at Walmart again. I made a drive up order this week, and chose this location over Target because I needed some groceries as well as diapers and household items. The wait time once we parked and provided the space number was insanely delayed. The girl that brought out my order was nice and apologized for the delayed - I saw her hustling with other orders vs her two male coworkers who took their sweet time and chat breaks. She loaded the truck with my larger items, so I didn’t see the problem until I got home. I already knew the diapers I ordered weren’t available in the quantity I wanted, but I had approved a swap for the same brand and size in a smaller quantity already.
I got home to find out rather than being given the size 3 diapers I ordered, I was given two boxes of size 6! Not even close to what was ordered or approved.
I took them back today and had a horrible in store experience, and this is why I’m just done. The line for customer service was extremely long and the two women working behind the counter were overwhelmed. The manager or shift supervisor should have noticed this and done something about it. Of course there was an issue trying to return an item that I never ordered and didn’t have a receipt for, so I waited even longer for the manager to come in for an over ride. I got the return and went to shop for a replacement item and checked out. It’s 2024 and I can’t use Apple Pay or pay by tap at this store? So I’m even more frustrated because my return went back on my card, which wasn’t with me, and I can’t pay for what I needed and should have received two days ago. I was clearly frustrated while trying multiple times to scan the code on the card reader and set up

The store shelves were loaded. But, you have two broken scooters , with "out of order" signs on both of them. Please fix them for the disabled and partially "out of order" consumers.?

I arrived 20 minutes before the store closed and a guy tried to close the store while I was trying to walk in!!!! I went in the other entrance, but he made me have a very hard time getting in when I went to leave they had reopened the entrance because there was still five minutes left before closing time and the man who had told me not to come in was nowhere to be found. We were trying to just get milk for our son wasn’t trying to shop for hours. I just needed a couple things made it extremely hard to do for no reason.

This is a good Enough store for a Walmart.Sometimes the shelves are not stocked well but the day I was there they were restocking.The store has a lot of options and choices. It is sometimes a bit sloppy but I know that the associates try really hard.The worst part about this store is the long lines.

How did you guys forget , $130 of my order ?! Big stuff too, my fruits, milks, eggs , etc! I’m soooo confused! If I could I give one star! Now I’m spending more money for the fees because you guys forgot half of my baby food and I!

I consider this a Walmart you would go to out of convenience because it’s an easier commute but not somewhere you enjoy shopping at and I will tell you why … ??
First and foremost, this particular Walmart establishment is unorganized and unsystematic. The Walmart in Mays Landing is Top Tier compared to this one and the reasons why is because the one in Mays Landing is organized, clean, stocked and maintained properly by the staff members. You can tell different business owners are running these organizations because this Walmart Establishment in Egg Harbor Township is Chaotic however the one in Mays Landing has more of a calmer atmosphere when you shop there and that’s why I prefer to shop at the Walmart in Mays Landing because items are much easier to locate. Now granted, Mays Landing it may be a smaller store but you still are able to get everything that you need.
When it comes to Staff, I had to politely check a employee who works in the merchandising department in the mornings near the Health and Wellness section because she caught an attitude when my mother politely asked her if she knew where a specific Item was located. I myself work in customer service and by no means is it professional to catch an attitude with a customer who simply is asking a question about a product, if anything that’s doing a disservice to the business because if the customer cannot find a specific product and there is poor customer service then guess what ? That customer will take their business elsewhere and that company will lose out on profits. Employees are the heart of any organization so there is definitely room for improvement :)
Final thoughts - As I have stated in my earlier comments the Mays Landing Walmart gets my Business due to the fact that it’s more organized, you can tell they have a system in place. It’s more structured. Yes, it’s up the Black Horse Pike but it is worth it to me, with that there is room for improvement there but this particular Walmart Establishment in EHT is completely at the bottom of the barrel. I feel when it first opened it was good but the store looks trashy in my opinion. ??♀️
and put some darn stop signs out of respect for Pedestrians!!
