My wife and I switched to Verizon in December and we were promised a $200 switch rebate for each line. After bugging our salesman, we finally got one rebate in February but was told that the phone I received was ineligible for the rebate. That’s not what we were promised - I have since asked our salesman a number of times for assistance but he has ghosted me for several weeks.
Not what I would call a great experience.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had switching carriers specifically with the store on the Blackhorse Pike in Egg Harbor Township New Jersey. I ordered the phones through Customer Service and picked them up at the egg Harbor Township corporate store ,six hours later they still couldn’t get the phones to work properly so I canceled my contract then to add insult to injury they wanted to charge me $50 for a restocking fee so I decided to get the return envelope sent to me, A senior consultant assured me that the return labels and packages would be sent to my address. This was on Friday, March 7 on Monday. I still had not received email confirmation that the contract was canceled so I called customer service only to find out they had done nothing. I guess they thought I was going to just sit home and forget about the incident and keep their lousy service. Finally got it straightened out through Customer Service and they will be sending What are you me return labels. This is exactly why I no longer want to ever have to deal with Verizon service again ,incompetence and dishonesty are the key words here.

Abir was amazing He took the time to address all my issues. Transferred all my data to my new phone. He is an expert at what he does. So very pleasant and patient. You need all your employees to take a lesson from him. I had issues with a customer service person and was ready to leave Verizon after 23 years of being a customer. Abir is the reason I stayed with Verizon. Love him and will request him whenever I need help or to purchase new products. HE’S THE BEST.

Craig was great, he immediately greeted me when I walked in the door. Craig was very helpful when he assisted me with ordering and upgrading my iPhone and Apple Watch. He did a great job clearly explaining the different plans and options

I came in the store yesterday for service. A woman walked up to me and stated she needed my name for service. It was a was a bit busy. I saw the same woman talking to her coworker with glasses (male) and walking near the rear wall. She continued to talk to him so I raised both of my hands to her!! All of sudden she finally helped someone. Stephan (sorry for the spelling) helped me!! Every one else was actually working with the customers! You can tell she didn't want to work!!(tiffany)
I came back because I received excellent customer service prior to me coming back! The gentleman carried my item to the car. Because I walk with a cane.
She was a horrible experience!!

When you walk in no one greets I started a plan here and she added all this stuff on my plan without me knowing and gave me wrong plan soo she can get paid off perks

I feel it would be unfair to take stars away from the store for the companies issues. My son broke his phone and we went into the store to get him a new one. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. While trying to activate the new phone I spent 25 minutes on the phone with an agent (as prompted by the phone) trying to get it activated. After being told at least 6 times restarting the phone should fix the problem (it didn't) We went back into the store. Mike and (mostly) Craig were both extremely helpful in eventually getting it activated. However it took a little over an hour to do so. Support gave conflicting information multiple times. Verizon needs to train their technical support better. If not for the staff in the store, we probably would still be trying to activate the phone.
