Took my online order and money. Order confirmation said would be shipped in 3 days.8 days later, after many calls, customer service sarcastically says to me "It's only been 8 days, geez." Offered NO update otherwise. I was told it would take 24-48 hours to even get a warehouse to give me am answer. I asked to cancel the order and was hung up on.11 days later, there is no update. No record of my request for cancellation. No update on where my order is or if it was processed.I asked to cancel my order AGAIN. The customer service representative refused to do so AGAIN. Claimed it takes 24-48 hours to get an answer. I pointed out that it had been over 72 hours since my last inquiry so that was clearly untrue as she had no definitive answers for me.The company refuses to deliver what I paid for, refund me or let me cancel the order.

It came to my attention recently that the White Plains Spencers gifts, May soon be closing its stores due to the reconstruction of the White Plains Galleria. I’ve had many great experiences shopping at spencers gifts in the White Plains Galleria in the knowledgeable staff, especially the manager. Eric is very knowledgeable on his merchandise. I hope that Spencers gifts is going to rain in White Plains. Hopefully. I do enjoy shopping there.

Cool company, but online ordering sucks. Wouldn't take my address and when I figured out how to please the system... it then wouldn't take another part of my order/shipping, but wouldn't tell me what part. Unfortunately the store near me does not have the items I want.

I have never been more disgusted with this company as I am right now. I’ve been in to the Firewheel Store a few times in the last 2 weeks and these girls have been without air conditioning in TEXAS!!! They are trying to stay cool with units they have to stand in front of and it’s almost 90 degrees in this store!! The door is opened and closed so many times a day they are an outside store and have zero cool unless they just don’t move!!! Other stores have closed down because of this no air but Spencer’s isn’t closing its doors to protect their associates. The mall is at fault for this issue but no one understands that these Young girls are STUCK INSIDE A SWELTERING BOX!!! Do something, I know the poor girls have had nose bleeds and been sick to their stomachs but they can’t just NOT go to work and lose their jobs!!!Jesus Fix it!!!

I ordered a total of five T-shirts at $30 each from Spencer’s online store and only received two and when I called Spencer’s 1800 number the operator for Spencer’s told me one of my T-shirts were on the way the same day I called but I never received the shirt and the other shirts we’re stuck at another fedex .I don’t see Me ordering anything from Spencer’s online store in the future.?

I preordered some items a month ago, today I get an email that the now sold out items have been cancelled from my order. There is no way to reach anyone by phone, the customer service isnt horrible its non existent.
