There is never a customer service representative or bank teller available by phone, although they claim that help is available 24/7.

Long time banking with TD, but haven't needed to step foot into one for quite some time until recently. They did a great job for us, Especially Dan who helped us out one on one. Started out a lil' rocky, but what doesn't? End result was great. Thank you again Dan!
