Becarefull dealing with this store I caught them red handed adding extras on my bill like they add case 40$ and I paid cash 20 for the case coz the price is 20 they charged me for adaptor and the charger and exasseries I never have any of thatAnd charged me 5$ services I never ask for and I paid for 1 month bill in advance and they just did for 2 weeks a pocket the different ...and they charged me 5$ for switching some random phone number to my number ...these kids think they smart and ppl are idiots ..imagine how many ppl they did this to .basically they stealing 1000s of $$ every month and ppl dosent know im aidvising you check everything go online to t-mbile and log in to your account and take a look and look to ur bill and see every details u will know what I'm talking about ...I promise you kids the lawsuit is getting ready and I'm gonna shutt down this store and have t-mobile take the license trust me u got the wrong guy this timeGo to ur first bill and get it pdf n start with page 3 then go to page 1 n 2 make sure u look to the first bill coz there is all the robbery happend

1030 on a Saturday, 3 employees in the store but only 1 working the counter. Line waiting for help, one dude just walked out. I shoulda followed him but I've wasted this much time already. I asked associate Nayeh if she could get the people in the back, she rudely tells me it's the manager. I asked if the manager could help me and she said he's talking. She keeps disappearing in back to chat, she leaves the door open so i can hear the convo, it is not work related. If you can avoid this, I would suggest it.

My mother purchased an iPhone here as a gift and explicitly said “do not add any coverage or warranty plan.” Lo and behold, a warranty “360” plan was added to the account. Spent 45 minutes on hold with customer service to have it reversed.Would not recommend a predatory store that upsells to unsuspecting victims. If this bill was not not checked, the increase of 18 a month would have gone unnoticed. I’m sure the sales associates are heavily pressured to include this in device sales.

Jocelyn is amazing! She’s got management written all over her. She was such a big help. I am in the process of testing out the home Internet and I had a few general questions. she gave me all the answers, and then some. I’m definitely making the switch because of her!

Rob was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me my 1st ever pleasant getting a new phone experience. This used to be worse that the annual GYN visit but after today I’m no longer afraid of upgrades. Thanks for everything, Rob!

Such Bed customer service, not any professionals in this company can help about anything.You can call All day long and way still time.Do not i'm repeat do not , Use the company For any busin.I be customer 2 years.End transfer my phone number in other company.and this people still Charge me my last Bill.Full charge.For not using it.You cannot complain just need to pay, that's it.And you know nobody care

As I walked into the door I was greeted by the older femeal that helped me out, I said hi to one of the other representative because he has taken care of me plenty of times before his name is Efren his reply was I don't know you,, RUDE. Saying hi back wouldn't kill anyone. while the older lady (nana) (Puertorican female) I think her name was helped me out it took forever to get to me beause she was worried about her commission and had a whole conversation about it with her manager in front of me something that could had waited, then she proceeded to help with the customer next to me while it took her at least a good half hour before she started helping me get my son's cell phone. I'm not saying she wasn't helpful I'm just saying she should have been more informative in why I had to wait not just let me stand by the counter thinking I was being ignored. When I asked her how long is this going to take she got an attitude and told me I could just leave or make an appointment with a tone of voice like she was annoyed by me asking the question, when she saw I wasn't happy she began to be a little nicer, but by then over 2 hours had past. The only reason I stayed is because I really needed the cell phone, I usually go to this store because is close by but going forward I will be going to a different location where people are friendlier and willing to help, the staff is more concerned goofing around then assisting customers. This store needs a course on customer service ?.

Matt with the man bun lol he was amazing he had a amazing personality he was so helpful and sweet plus his staff were also very helpful I loved the vibe he got me in and out of the store with no problem! Matt for president 2023 please :)

Being a new customer I had questions. This store though small is well staffed and answered my concerns. Being a Tuesday visit yielded me a gift from the famous TMobile Tuesday app!

This store is the BEST. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Had issue with my phone went to "corporate" store in Ventnor which was closed at 10 a.m. despite their posted hours saying 10 a.m. opening. In any case, Efraim and Jheriek are the BEST! They did for me what TMobile corporate couldn't doin 2 weeks!!!

Went 20 min before closing and the guys there luckily let me trade my phone in. They were all super friendly professional and knowledgeable! Jimmy was a pleasure and even took the time to put everything together regardless of how late it was. Definitely recommend coming here!
