Connie Wunschel was an absolute pleasure doing business with! She was very knowledgeable about the many options that were offered in the Sleep Center. She was not pushy and very honest with her recommendations for the mattress that I chose. If you are looking for a new bed I will highly recommend her as she is spot on with her customer service. Lisa was great she explained everything to us and helped us make the decisions on some items we needed and others that were on sale that we weren't 100% sure on but we put a hold on which was awesome! Thanks for everything! Great experience!

Incredibly helpful online sales staff. Gio was honest and super helpful when it came to helping me find a sofa that I 1) I loved and 2) would fit into my apartment. He took the time to do the measurements to see what sofas would fit into my apartment with the hallways and entrance to my home. He was very responsive and available to talk through options. Highly recommended!

My wife and I went to R & F in June to pick furniture out for our new house. They had a really good sale. Met with a sales person and I was very comfortable with her. We picked out 4 rooms of furniture. We were told to set a delivery date and it would be no problem to move. We placed a small deposit to hold the sale prices. A few days later we received a call from the sales person telling us that some of our pieces were selling and that if we paid or moved to our R & F account the furniture would be ours and moved off of inventory. We paid cash in full the following day. We were told all items were in stock with the exception of a head board for our bedroom. We had to move our delivery date because our closing date was moved. We received a message from our salesperson that the headboard was in and we would be receiving all our furniture. 3 days before our delivery we received a call that half of our furniture was not available for delivery. We received a variety of excuses culminating in that because we moved the date it was given to somebody else. The day before the delivery I received a call from the store manager informing me that the bedroom set that was promised by the sales person was a special order that was never in stock and would be delivered in mid November. He was apologetic and dumbfounded as to bs fed to us by the sales person. We took delivery of about half of what I paid for and the delivery people were awesome. Very disappointed with the sales experience. We have bought from R & F for many years without a problem.

If you go to Raymour & Flanigan in egg harbor township ask for Iris she’s the best consultant. We had the best experience thanks to her.
