I have post traumatic concussion syndrome. Due to that I can be so forgetful. I arrived without my phone or papers. They vaccinated my cat, and let me send them the paperwork when I got home! The people are so nice, and the young man at the counter is exceptional

Terrible service, workers at Vetco clinic Egg Harbor NJ don’t have any idea how to talk with customers, workers are nasty, person giving the injection is not professional, she yelling a customer that try to explain her a problem that he has with his two dogs, but she even doesn’t care. Customers strongly disagreed with the treatment all the staff given to the man with the dogs. I never go back again, I prefer driving like an hour to go to Petsmart.

I don't ever review anything, but my experience here was outstanding. Dr.Cindy Weagley went above and beyond in advocating for my pet. I was struggling with finding last-minute boarding and was told by the kennel (Halo House) I would need a sub-cutaneous Bordatella vaccine which had a 3 day waiting period as opposed to an oral or intranasal vaccine which had a 21 day waiting period.Dr. Weagley informed me that the kennel (Halo House) was WRONG in their information, and that a sub-cutaneous vaccine would need 2 doses about 2 weeks apart in order to be effective, so my pet would not be protected with a single dose before boarding. Not only this, but with oral Bordatella vaccine (what they offer) she would be ready to go in 10 days, which is within the time limit for my boarding needs. She took the time and called the kennel to clarify with them, and the owner actually ARGUED with a board certified vet that the kennel's way of doing things was right and that Dr. Weagley was wrong. Halo House also told me that they would take my pet if she was given the oral vaccine, but that she would be "quarantined" and not receive any walks or playtime in the grass (only concrete run). I explained this to the Vet, who explained that Bordatella vaccine prevents airborne disease, so my dog would be exposed anyway and their "quarantine" efforts didn't make any sense.Dr. Weagley advocated for my pet in a way that I would never expect, especially from an "express" vaccine clinic service. I was blown away with the level of care, and trust her advice completely. Not to mention she was quick, calm, and also very good with my (feisty!!) cat!Needless to say, I will NOT be boarding with Halo House, canceled my reservation, and will board with Tip Top Kennel instead, whose vaccine waiting periods matched up with Dr. Weagley's information.

Seeing Dr.Quinlan was seeing a breath of fresh air! My cat who normally hates the vet absolutely loved Dr. Jennifer Quinlan, she handle her so we and carefully. She gave her the best and smoothest wellness exam and vaccinated with ease! I highly recommend seeing her at Vetco Clinics!!

I brought my dog in for her vaccinations and the staff and Dr were very kind and gentle with my dog. I read the negative review about the Dr that someone posted previously and that wasn't the experience I had with the Dr. She was very nice and professional and I can't say enough good things about her. Maybe it was the customer that was an issue !!!
